The 115 m2 ground-floor apartment features a spacious terrace with a grill, seating area, and lawn. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, which is a highlight of the apartment. The second bedroom offers space for up to 3 people. A sofa bed in the living area completes the offering. The fully equipped kitchen with adjacent dining area leaves nothing to be desired. The entire apartment is fitted with tile floors and underfloor heating.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, aber sehr laut, da an der Hauptstraße nach St. Moritz. Die Terasse konnte nicht benutzt werden und man konnte nur bei geschlossenen fenstern dort verweilen. Leider konnte dies beim Buchen nicht geahnt werdeb.

Geräumige Unterkunft für eine Familie
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und es hat genügend Platz für eine grosse Familie mit Teenagern.
Super ausgerüstet, es hatte alles, was wir brauchten.
Eine willkommene Überraschung waren die Spiele, Puzzles und Gravitrax!
Die Wohnung war zu sehr geheizt. Wir konnten keinen Regulator finden, um die Temperatur selber anzupassen. Insbesondere im Schlafzimmer war es in der Nacht viel zu heiss. Mindestens 26/27 Grad!
Wir waren die ganze Woche barfuss und in T-Shirts in der Wohnung!
Die Matratze im grossen Bett im Elternschlafzimmer ist sehr durchgelegen, dh. man rollt immer zusammen in die Mitte. Wünschenswert wäre auch ein zweites Duvet.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Badetücher und Bettwäsche war genügend vorhanden! (auch Zusatzdecke)
Im Elternschlafzimmer hat es leider kein richtiges Fenster zum lüften (nur Dachfenster im Lichtschacht weit oben)
Die Lage oberhalb der Strasse war leider nicht so toll, sehr viel Verkehr/Lärm. (habe ich leider beim buchen übersehen)
Ev. könnte man die Büsche vor dem Haus wieder einmal zurückschneiden, so sah man fast nichts von der schönen Aussicht.
