In Unteruhldingen, vacation apartment Herter 1 offers an excellent view of Lake Constance. The 33 m² 1-room apartment is fully equipped with a kitchenette, double bed and WC with shower and thus offers space for 2 people. The facilities also include WLAN, a TV, a fan and a dryer. This apartment has a private balcony with a view of the lake, where you can relax in the evening.

Unteruhldingen is characterized not least by its excellent location. Situated directly on Lake Constance, Unteruhldingen offers top sights in the immediate vicinity and is even home to a World Heritage Site - the pile dwellings. The pile dwellings, the reptile house, the boat landing stage to the flower island of Mainau, the lido and numerous restaurants etc. are just a few minutes' walk from our vacation apartment. The bus stop for local public transport is 100 m away, with services to Friedrichshafen and Überlingen every 15 minutes. The car ferry from Meersburg to Constance is 3 km away.



Our guests feel very comfortable in the quiet, light-flooded, bright and tastefully furnished vacation apartment located by the forest, the best conditions for a successful vacation!



Each apartment has a parking space and there is a bicycle garage for bicycles, with a power connection for e-bikes. We offer our rental bikes free of charge.

Klein, fein mit guter Ausstattung und Top Panorama über den Obersee.

Pros: Für 2 Personen eine Top Wohnung mit sehr guter und kompletter Ausstattung. Der Blick vom Balkon direkt rüber zur Insel Mainau ist einfach herrlich. Cons: Die Kopfkissen, für die sonst sehr bequemen Betten, waren uns etwas zu dünn.
