Discover our charming studio for two in Zingst on Fischland-Darß! This cosy accommodation offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

Enjoy your privacy and make use of your own terrace (with a table, chairs, and a “chill-out shell”), where you can soak up the fresh air and sunshine. A parking space is also available, as well as a convenient wall-mounted charging station (max. 11 kW) for electric and hybrid vehicles at a cost of 0.39 €/kWh.
Stay connected with our high-speed Wi-Fi and unwind after a day full of adventures in our sauna or in the small fitness room.

The studio features an open-concept living-dining-kitchen area with a comfortable sleeper sofa (which, with a topper, provides an additional sleeping space measuring 85x200), ideal for relaxing after an eventful day. The separate bedroom features a luxurious 1.60 m wide box-spring bed and a spacious closet with a built-in safe for your valuables.

The kitchen, fully equipped with plenty of dishes, cutlery, and tea towels, offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a DeLonghi capsule coffee machine with a milk frother, a toaster, a kettle, and a WMF smoothie maker. A small dining table is perfect for enjoying meals together.

Relax in front of the approximately 45-inch TV or freshen up in the bathroom with a shower and glass partition. Of course, a hair dryer and a 10x magnifying cosmetic mirror are at your disposal.
Personal access to Netflix, Disney, and Amazon TV Now is, of course, available.
Access to the studio is via a separate outdoor staircase on the ground floor.

You can also enjoy the shared garden area with its chill-out shell-shaped lounge and garden table with chairs; perfect for relaxing outdoors.
Unwind under the umbrella on your own terrace and let yourself be enchanted by the charm of the surroundings. The umbrella and mattress for the chill-out shell can be found in the adjacent bike storage room, along with an electric grill.

Behind the house, under the carport, there is a wallbox available for all guests to use to charge electric vehicles.
One parking space is available for each holiday rental. Guests may need to move their cars if an electric vehicle is to be plugged into the wallbox.
Starting in December 2025, the house and its holiday apartments will be powered by solar energy and a heat pump.
