Good relaxation begins in Norgaardholz on the Baltic Sea Geltinger Bay!! Welcome to the Baltic Sea coastal town of Norgaardholz. The holiday home is only 500m away from the swimming and dog beach. Norgaardholz (municipality of Steinberg) is a centrally located place, so that the surroundings in the large landscape conservation area Flensburg Fjord can be explored in all directions. Flensburg, Glücksburg via Geltinger Bay to the Schlei near Maasholm and of course Kappeln.
The holiday home is located in the front area and shares the large property 2400sqm with another holiday home. The spacious half of the house 60sqm is suitable for up to 2 people. A spacious living-dining area including kitchen and adjoining terrace facing southwest awaits you, a bedroom with double bed, a shower room with walk-in shower and a larger utility room (with washing machine and dryer). The terrace area is fenced with a wooden fence for privacy and the small free run, so that the four-legged companions could also move freely and relaxed. The large communal meadow is located at the back of the property, which invites you to play, relax or discover. Wi-Fi, 1 car parking space and a lockable bicycle shed are available free of charge. A maximum of 2 dogs are welcome. With 2 dogs up to size approx. 45cm or by arrangement possible. The 1st dog is free of charge. Bed linen, towels or linen set can be booked per person. After departure, the consumption costs of electricity, water and heat will be charged.

The single-storey semi-detached holiday house HH 1 is generously equipped for up to 2 people and offers plenty of space for a relaxing holiday.

- Bathroom with walk-in shower, towel warmer, hairdryer; Towels can be booked
- Fenced terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.

WLAN, 1 car parking space and a lockable bicycle shed are available free of charge. A maximum of 2 dogs are welcome. With 2 dogs up to size approx. 45 cm or by arrangement possible. 1st dog is free. Additional dog Euro 20.00 once. Towels per person 1 shower towel, 2 towels, 1 hand towel Euro 13.00, bed linen per person Euro 13.00. A linen package includes: bed linen and towels Euro 26.00. The consumption costs (electricity 0.70 Euro/kWh, underfloor heating (heat pump) 0.90 Euro/cbm, water 6.50 Euro/cbm) will be invoiced after departure.



Check-out is possible from 16:00 to 20:00 and departure from 00:00 to 10:00.
