Water and nature go hand in hand... Norgaardholz on the Baltic Sea, Geltinger Bay!! Welcome to the Baltic Sea coastal town of Norgaardholz. The holiday home is just 500 metres from the swimming and dog beach. Norgaardholz (in the municipality of Steinberg) is centrally located, making it easy to explore the surrounding area in all directions within the large Flensburg Fjord landscape conservation area. Flensburg, Glücksburg, across Geltinger Bay to the Schlei near Maasholm, and of course Kappeln.
The holiday home is located at the front of the property and shares the large 2,400-square-meter lot with another holiday home. The spacious 60-square-meter half of the house is suitable for up to 2 people. You’ll find a generous living-dining area that includes a kitchen and an adjoining southwest-facing terrace, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a large utility room (with a washing machine and dryer). The terrace area is enclosed by a wooden fence for privacy, so your four-legged companions can also move about freely and relax. The large communal lawn is located at the back of the property and is perfect for playing, relaxing, or exploring.
Wi-Fi, 1 parking space, and a lockable bike shed are available free of charge. A maximum of 2 dogs are welcome. Up to 2 dogs are permitted, provided they are no larger than approximately 45 cm, or by arrangement. The first dog stays free of charge. Bed linens, towels, or a laundry set can be booked per person. After departure, utility costs for electricity, water, and heat will be billed.

The single-story HH 2 holiday semi-detached house is generously equipped for up to 2 people and offers plenty of space for a relaxing holiday.

- Bedroom with a double bed (180 (2x90) x 200); bed linens available for an additional fee
- Bathroom with a walk-in shower, towel warmer, and hair dryer; towels available for an additional fee
- Fenced-in terrace with patio furniture and a grill.
Wi-Fi, 1 parking space, and a lockable bike shed are available free of charge. A maximum of 2 dogs are welcome. Up to 2 dogs up to 45 cm in height are permitted, or by arrangement. The first dog is free. Each additional dog is a one-time fee of 20.00 euros. Towels per person: 1 shower towel, 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel for 13.00 euros; bed linens per person for 13.00 euros. A linen package includes: bed linens and towels for 26.00 euros. Utility costs (electricity 0.70 euros/kWh, underfloor heating (heat pump) 0.90 euros/cbm, water 6.50 euros/cbm) will be billed after departure.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 10:00.
