Die Wohnung benötigt eine Renovierung, und in der Luft ist ein ungewöhnlicher Geruch wahrnehmbar. Die Sitzgelegenheiten und Betten sind leider sehr unbequem. Zudem erhebt der Vermieter zusätzliche Parkgebühren, was nicht in der Anzeige erwähnt wurde. Im Badezimmer sind Schimmelpilze vorhanden (siehe Fotos). Insgesamt kann ich die Unterkunft daher nicht empfehlen.
