Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Wash and put away used dishes. Place used bath and beach towels on the shower floor. Remove open or partially consumed food from the refrigerator and pantry.
Place garbage and recycling in the designated roadside containers. Return furniture, recreational equipment, and amenities to their original locations. Leave the villa in a reasonably tidy condition.
Return all keys to the designated location, keeping one set to lock the front door. Place the final set of keys in the lockbox when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Villa Terrapin Station allows a maximum of eight overnight guests.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Visitors are welcome with prior approval from the Property Manager.
Children must be supervised at all times around the pool, beach, water, decks, balconies, rooftop, and other outdoor areas.
