This high-quality, renovated, and completely redesigned holiday apartment awaits you on the second floor of the Seepark holiday complex in the Baltic Sea resort town of Bansin. Its close proximity to the beach and the town centre, combined with a unique, seasonal view of Lake Schloonsee and a very quiet location, make this apartment truly special.
When furnishing the 80-square-meter space, great care was taken to ensure that you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The living room, which is cleverly separated from the dining area by a partition wall, features a cosy couch and a large smart TV where you can watch Netflix and other streaming services of your choice. The sloped ceilings have been seamlessly integrated and create a pleasant sense of cosiness. At the dining table, you can start your day with a hearty breakfast or spend game nights together in the evening. Special amenities include a wine cooler and a Bluetooth speaker, as well as fly screens on the windows. The balcony, with its cosy seating, is accessible from both the living room and the first bedroom. Here you’ll find comfortable lounge furniture and a parasol. Enjoy the unique view of the surrounding green spaces and Schloonsee Lake from the south-facing balcony (depending on the season, the foliage may partially obstruct the view) in glorious sunshine—pure holiday vibes! The separate kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and features high-quality electrical appliances. An induction cooktop with a Bora range hood is available, as well as a microwave, a Philips fully automatic coffee maker for whole beans, and a Siemens oven. This is an excellent place to prepare your own meals, unless you’d prefer to eat out every day. For your comfort, the apartment features both a guest bathroom with a towel dryer and a naturally lit shower room with a nearly walk-in shower.
Ideally, the apartment accommodates four guests, who can comfortably stay in the two bedrooms. The larger bedroom features a built-in closet with an integrated safe and an additional TV. The box-spring double bed offers a sleeping area of 2.00 x 2.00 metres. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed (sleeping area 1.80 x 2.00 metres) and a closet. To block out the light and ensure a particularly restful sleep, you can lower the exterior blinds in all living areas.
Wi-Fi is, of course, available. A washing machine and dryer are available for our guests to use free of charge in an adjoining room of the house. The apartment is equipped with two booster seats for small children. A high chair or travel cot can be provided for a fee. A designated parking space for your car is located right next to the house.
