What makes our holiday home special is the absolute tranquility of its natural setting. The small cove on the Costa de Canyamel and the tiny sandy beach with direct access to the sea—perfect for swimming—are just a 5-minute walk from the home. <br><br>Our beautiful garden has been landscaped with many typical Mallorcan plants. For relaxation, you’ll find a saltwater pool with an internal staircase, surrounded by numerous fruit trees.<br><br>Nature lovers will enjoy two outdoor showers in the garden—one by the pool and the other tucked away and overgrown in the garden area. <br><br>Inside the house, the bathroom has been completely renovated and equipped with a rain shower and a floor-level walk-in shower. <br><br>To ensure you feel completely at home during your holiday, our house is very well equipped—everything from a Nespresso coffee machine to an orange juicer is provided. <br><br>Even in fall, spring, and winter, thanks to central heating (plus a small heating fee), our house is ideal for escaping the cold German winter and enjoying the four nearby golf courses or the Country Fitness Club.<br><br>The Costa de Canyamel, where the house is located, consists of a series of detached villa lots nestled on a beautiful, lush mountainside.<br><br>The villa comprises one apartment on the upper level and one on the lower level. Both apartments have separate entrances and their own terraces. The saltwater pool is available to our guests staying in the apartment.
