Holiday Apartment "Erika" with Private Terrace, Private Garden and Wi-Fi

Welcome to Ammerland.



Your cosy, accessible 5-room holiday apartment is located in a green area, about 5 km from the Zwischenahner Meer. You have access to a large west-facing terrace and a furnished south-facing terrace.



Please note that this accommodation is exclusively intended for private stays. Bookings by companies or for professional purposes (for example, by craftsmen) are not desired.



The non-smoking apartment is in a two-family house and is equipped with all necessary comforts.



The fully equipped kitchen offers a refrigerator, freezer, stove with oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and Sodastream.



The living room features a large dining table, two sofas and satellite TV.



One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and satellite TV, the second bedroom with two single beds. There is also a children's room with a bunk bed for children up to 12 years and a travel cot.



The bathroom is equipped with a wheelchair-accessible shower, toilet with grab rails, washbasin and washing machine. There is also a separate guest toilet.



Bed linen, towels and a hairdryer are provided for you. Wi-Fi is free of charge. Parking is available at the apartment.



The apartment is ideal for cyclists as a starting point for beautiful bike tours in Ammerland. From here, you can also go for walks through the nearby moorland or plan trips to the North Sea.

Wir können einfach nur Danke und Wow sagen

Pros: Hier kann man sich einfach nur wohl fühlen. Schon beim Betreten der Wohnung konnten wir viele kleine liebevolle Extras, beispielsweise Leckereien, erblicken. Wir durften sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber kennenlernen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist hochwertig und alle nötigen Dinge sind mehr als ausreichend vorhanden.

Wir sind über Silvester in ruhiger Atmosphäre ins neue Jahr gekommen.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist für vier Personen optimal. Die Sauberkeit sowie die Ausstattung ist 1A. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, freundlich, hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Wir konnten unseren Hund auf dem umzäunten Grundstück laufen lassen oder gleich um die Ecke in freier Natur stundenlang spazieren gehen. Alles in allem: es waren fünf tolle Tage, in ruhiger Umgebung, so wie wir uns das gedacht hatten, Danke! Cons: Das schlechte Wetter.

Es war alles wunderbar.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und sauber. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich. Auf dem Tisch standen Blumen und eine Obstschale und sogar Hundeleckerli waren vorbereitet. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Erholsamer Kurzurlaub

Pros: Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern was sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es standen frische Blumen, Obst und Süßigkeiten (für den Hund auch Leckerchen) am Anreisetag auf dem Tisch. Man kann vom Haus aus direkt mit dem Hund ohne Leine frei laufen. Alles in allem ein gelungener Kurzurlaub, wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder anmieten. Vielen Dank an die Fam. D. das wir bei Ihnen so schöne Tage verbringen durften.
