The holiday home La Minda, with step-free access, is located in San Teodoro and offers beautiful mountain views. Spread over 2 floors, the property features a living room, kitchen, 5 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests.
The house has 2 spacious covered verandas that serve as ideal communal areas for groups, perfect for lunches, dinners, and relaxing moments together while enjoying the panoramic mountain view. These covered outdoor spaces provide a comfortable setting for socializing and unwinding as a group.
The private outdoor area also includes a garden, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, and a washing machine. A baby cot is also available. Please note, this property does not have air conditioning.
Within a 5-minute drive, you will find the village of Straula with a supermarket, tobacconist, butcher, and trattoria. The property is about 1 hour to 1 hour and 20 minutes from all the main attractions of the Costa Smeralda.
One pet is allowed. Guests must be over 25 years old (except families with children). Smoking and events are not permitted.
