Thank you for sharing your experience with us! We appreciate your feedback and are surprised by the low rating regarding the location, as our property is right by the lake, which many guests enjoy. We're glad we could provide the wine glasses you needed. We take waste separation seriously and always explain the importance of following the disposal schedule to manage waste effectively. We hope you had a wonderful vacation overall. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we’re grateful for your insights! Best regards, Your Holidu Team.
