In the centre of Gravedona 2 km from the centre of Domaso, 52 km from the centre of Como, 55 km from the centre of Lecco, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 50 m from the lake, in a pedestrian area. For shared use: small terraced garden with lawn, courtyard. Motor access to 20 m from the house. Public parking 20 m on the road. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 100 m, bakery 200 m, café 100 m, bus stop "C10 Como-Menaggio-Colico" 450 m, railway station "Colico" 16 km, sandy beach "Serenella" 900 m, grass beach "Lido di Gravedona" 900 m. Marina 200 m, golf course (18 hole) 20 km, surf school, sailing school, indoor tennis centre, sports centre, children's playground 800 m. Nearby attractions: Palazzo Gallio, Chiesa Santa Maria del Tiglio, Lake Como Adventure Park, Bellagio, Menaggio, Villa Carlotta-Tremezzo. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Ski Area Val Chiavenna, Madesimo, Livigno. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Mezzola. Hiking paths: Sasso Pelo, Valle Livo-Crotto Dangri.
