Private: garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 04.Apr.. Motor access to the house (200 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 500 m, sandy beach "Castiglione della Pescaia" 120 km, thermal baths "Rapolano Terme" 56 km.
