Baltic Sea view apartment Rügen 35: 3-room apartment close to the beach with a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea

This spacious 3-room duplex apartment (approx. 82 m²), located very close to the beach, is situated on the 2nd and 3rd (with an lift; the apartment spans two floors via an internal staircase) offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The flooring in the living and bedroom areas is high-quality vinyl with an elegant wood-grain finish; the entryway, kitchen, and bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The holiday apartment sleeps 6 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel cot (without mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair free of charge upon request.

The spacious living/dining room features a separate sitting area with a comfortable (pull-out sleeper) couch, a coffee table, and 2 armchairs, a separate dining table with 6 chairs, and various sideboards and shelves. From the living room, you have access to the balcony facing the sea, complete with balcony furniture and a fantastic, unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea. Here, you can sit back and relax while watching the lively activity on Ostseeallee or enjoy the balmy summer nights in the evening with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental features a modern flat-screen TV, a stereo system with radio and CD player, and a DVD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions). A basic selection of games (board games, party games, and card games) is also provided.

The separate kitchen includes a fully equipped kitchenette with a 4-burner stove, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and egg cooker. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The bright and inviting first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, a spacious closet, a luggage rack, and a small table with 2 chairs.

The separate second bedroom is also furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, a wardrobe, 2 chairs, and a sideboard (in the hallway).

The comfortable pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional sleeping option for a fifth or sixth person. To ensure a good night’s sleep, both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with roller shades or blackout blinds.

The inviting bathroom features a bathtub with a shower enclosure, a sink, a toilet, a hair dryer, a towel warmer, and ample storage space. On the lower floor, there is an additional separate guest bathroom with a sink, toilet, and natural light (window).

The apartment also includes a small storage room for suitcases and luggage.

You can store your shoes and jackets in the coat closet (with a mirror) in the apartment’s entryway.

For the safety of small children, the apartment also has a safety gate to block off the stairs.

The apartment also includes an iron and an ironing board; a shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the basement of the apartment complex and are available for use by all guests.

You can park your car for free in a parking space (No. 116) assigned to your apartment, right next to the building; your bicycles can be stored in a separate bike shed on the property. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your holiday rental.

The lift provides convenient access to all floors of the residential complex.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see Prices).

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

At the nearby restaurant “La Perla,” which features a large outdoor terrace, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., or treat yourself in the evening to delicious dishes, select wines, or special cocktail creations. On the ground floor of the residential complex, there are several restaurants (including an Asian restaurant, a seafood restaurant, and a lounge bar-restaurant), and you’ll find countless other dining options within walking distance.

A laundry package (complete set of bed linens—the beds are already made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 6 people.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
