Dünengarten WE 53: 1-room apartment very close to the beach with private beach access

This bright, beachfront one-bedroom apartment (approx. 33 m²) on the second floor (no lift) is fully furnished. The living/bedroom and hallway feature modern vinyl flooring with an elegant wood-grain finish, while the kitchen and bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The holiday apartment sleeps a total of 2 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillows, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The combined living room/bedroom features a comfortable pull-out (sleeper) couch for 2 people, a dining table with wicker chairs, a comfortable armchair, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. From here, you have direct access to the approximately 6 m² sunny balcony (facing east and southeast) with balcony furniture. Here you can sit back and relax surrounded by greenery, enjoy a wonderful breakfast in the morning sun, or savour the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine in the evening!

For your entertainment, the holiday apartment is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a radio with a CD player.

The semi-open kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, (mini) oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The bright and spacious bathroom (with natural light / window) features a bathtub with shower, sink, and toilet, a heated towel rack, and ample storage space.

You can store your shoes and jackets in the apartment’s hallway (which has a closet).

You can park your car for free in a parking space (No. 4) assigned to your apartment right next to the building; your bicycles can be stored in bike racks outside the residential complex. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your holiday rental.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A laundry package (complete set of bed linens—the beds are already made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by 2 people.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
