Haus Bernstein WE 9: Bright, modern 2-room apartment with a southwest-facing balcony

The bright and friendly 2-room apartment (approx. 42 m²) on the 1st floor has a high degree of functionality and is fully furnished. The floors in the living room and bedroom are high-quality wood laminate, the kitchen area and the bathroom/toilet of the apartment are tiled.

The apartment offers sleeping facilities for a total of 2 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide you with a children's travel bed (without mattress, duvet, pillows and covers) and a high chair if required (for a small fee).

The spacious, light-flooded and modern living/dining room has a separate seating area with comfortable couch, 2 wicker armchairs and coffee table, a separate dining table with 4 chairs as well as various chests of drawers and shelves. From the living room you have direct access to the approx. 4 m² large and sunny as well as covered balcony (facing south-west) with balcony furniture. Here you can sit relaxed and cosy in the countryside and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace and quiet with a good glass of wine in the evening!

For your entertainment, 2 flat-screen TVs and a stereo system with radio and CD player are available in the apartment. In addition, the apartment has free Wi-Fi.

The open kitchen includes a fully equipped built-in kitchenette with 2-burner stove, extractor hood, electric grill with baking function, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The kitchen is well and sufficiently equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery and pots.

The modern and friendly bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2x90x200), a spacious wardrobe and a chest of drawers. For a restful sleep, the window is equipped with a blackout blind. In addition, another additional TV set is available here.

The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, hair dryer, towel radiator and plenty of storage space.

You can store your shoes and jackets in the cloakroom with shoe cabinet and small bench in the entrance area of the apartment.

On the lower floor of the residential complex, you can enjoy a beautiful in-house sauna with relaxation room for a small fee

A (coin) washing machine in the basement can be used by all guests.

You can park your car free of charge in a car parking space belonging to your apartment directly behind the house, your bicycles can be stored in a separate bicycle shed of the residential complex. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bicycle rental in the immediate vicinity of your residential complex if you are interested.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment in the interest of our non-smoking guests, please use the balcony for this. Thank you for your understanding!
