Res. Seestern WE 14: modern and spacious 3-room apartment close to the beach

This cosy, Mediterranean-style 3-room apartment (approx. 68 m²) on the ground floor is highly functional and fully furnished. The floors are tiled in every room of the apartment.

The holiday rental can accommodate a total of 4 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillows, or linens) as well as a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the entryway, which features a coat rack and mirror, you can easily access all the rooms in your holiday rental.

The bright and spacious living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, armchair, and coffee table, two sideboards, and a separate dining table with five chairs. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 20 m² covered terrace (facing south) with patio furniture—here you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the balmy summer evenings in peace with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental features a modern flat-screen TV, a stereo system with a radio and CD player, and a selection of books and board games. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The open-concept kitchen features a fully equipped, high-end built-in kitchen unit with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully and well-equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The bright and spacious first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2x90x200), nightstands, and a spacious closet with a large mirror, and has direct access to the large terrace.

The separate, additional second bedroom also features two single beds (2x90x200) with a nightstand, a spacious closet with a large mirror, and a stool. This room also offers direct access to the sun terrace.

The spacious, Mediterranean-style bathroom features a walk-in shower at ground level (senior-friendly!), a sink, a toilet (with a grab bar), a hair dryer, a towel warmer, and ample storage space.

In addition, the apartment includes a small storage room for suitcases and luggage.

You can store your shoes and jackets in the coat closet in the apartment’s entryway.

On the ground floor of the apartment complex, there is a lovely coin-operated sauna with a relaxation room available for your use.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the basement of the apartment complex and may be used by all guests.

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment (approx. 100 m from the residential complex), and you can store your bicycles in a separate bicycle storage room in the complex. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex.

The lift provides convenient access to all floors of the building.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see prices).

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the covered terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
