Villa Silva WE 5: a cozy, tastefully decorated 3-room apartment

This friendly, very cosy, and tastefully furnished 3-room apartment (approx. 54 m²) on the ground floor is highly functional and fully furnished. All rooms in the apartment have tile flooring.

The holiday rental can accommodate a total of 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or sheets) as well as a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The spacious living room features a cosy seating area with two comfortable pull-out (sleeper) couches and a coffee table, a sideboard, 2 cabinets/glass display cases, and a desk with a wicker armchair. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 16 m² terrace (facing west) overlooking the city forest, complete with patio furniture, a beach chair, and a charcoal grill. Here you can relax and unwind surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine in the evening!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental features a modern flat-screen TV, a stereo system with radio and CD player, and a DVD player. In addition, the apartment features a large selection of books, board games, and free Wi-Fi.

The separate, semi-open kitchen includes a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully and well-equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

Next to the kitchen is the cosy dining room with a large dining table, a large sofa, 4 comfortable wicker armchairs, a spacious display cabinet with dishes and glasses, and 2 shelves with books and a stereo system.

The inviting bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, and a spacious closet.

The two pull-out sofas in the living room provide an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third or fourth person.

The modern and bright bathroom (with natural light / window) features a shower with a real-glass shower enclosure, a sink, a toilet, two spacious bathroom cabinets, a towel radiator, and ample storage space.

You can store your shoes and jackets on the coat rack in the apartment’s entryway.

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment directly behind the building; your bicycles can be stored in the building’s bicycle storage room. If you don’t bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from one of the many bike rental shops in the Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
