Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und in einem gepflegten Zustand. Der Balkon ist sehr groß und mit Markise und Sonnenschirm ausgestattet. Die Lage ist top: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Strand sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
