This modern, 2-room apartment (approx. 37 m²) on the ground floor—which was completely renovated in 2022 and features high-quality furnishings—is highly functional and fully furnished. The floors throughout the apartment are covered with high-quality tile.

The holiday rental sleeps a total of 2 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a portable travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillows, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The modern living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, a wicker armchair, and a coffee table, as well as a separate dining table with 3 chairs and a sideboard. From the living room, you have direct access to the partially covered terrace (facing southwest and west) with patio furniture—here you can sit back and relax in the greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine in the evening!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental features 2 modern flat-screen TVs, a radio, and a small selection of books. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The open and modern kitchen area, adjacent to the living/dining area, includes a fully equipped built-in kitchen with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave with baking function, exhaust hood, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The bright and inviting bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), nightstands, and a spacious closet. There is also an additional TV available here.

The modern bathroom features a low-entry shower (senior-friendly!) with a real-glass shower enclosure, a sink with a large mirror, a toilet, a makeup mirror, a towel radiator, and ample storage space.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and a clothes dryer are available in the residential complex and can be used by all guests.

You can park your car for free in an underground parking space assigned to your apartment (duplex parking system / upstairs)—please note the maximum allowed vehicle height of 1.60 m! The garage is directly connected to your apartment via the stairwell and is therefore quick and easy to reach.

Your bicycles can also be stored in a separate, lockable bicycle storage room next to the residential complex’s underground garage. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right next to your residential complex.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
