Large luxury Norman house 4**** for 12/14 people + heated swimming pool

House of 185 m2 located on 3 ha shared with another house of 80 m2 very quiet in the countryside. With swimming pool of 5 m X 9.5 m heated (from early April to mid September) with a solarium of 150 m2 not overlooked.
This house equipped luxury, secured by video surveillance (parking, swimming pool, land) is equipped with apparatus (swing, slide, trebuchet, sandbox, bowling, ping-pong, badminton, volleyball, ...) barbecue, living room garden, sunbed. Possibility to rent another house for 8/10 people simultaneously, bringing to 24 people (+2 babies) capacity. Possibility of wedding organization, baptism, communion, bachelor party, birthday, speed dating or any other event with barnums.
Secure parking for 50 cars.
Optional fee: sauna, gym, linen rental, organization of seminars, evening or festive event.
In low and middle season: guest rooms and tables of hosts on reservation. Hairdressing and babysitting service at home.

Malgré un bel extérieur et un bon moment passé entre amis, nous exprimons notre déception quant à l’intérieur de la maison. En effet, la pièce à vivre n'est pas très grande (salon et salle à manger), les papiers peints sont passés et à certains endroits abîmés (toilettes, chambres, pièce à vivre). Dans la 1ère salle de bain, il y a une baignoire sous pente et prendre sa douche debout n'est pas possible, dans la 2ème salle de bain, les portes de la cabine de douche se démontent dès que l’on ferme, le caoutchouc des portes est vieux et le rebord est moisi. Le « standing 4 étoiles » n’est pas à la hauteur de ce titre.

séjour correct… dans un gîte partagé

Avantages: - extérieur soigné et cadre sympathique - propriétaires très gentils et tolérants aux groupes: on a pu faire la fête sans qu’ils se plaignent Inconvénients: - plusieurs maisons sur le site, donc on n’est pas vraiment seuls et la piscine est partagée! Donc faire attention à ceci car ce n’est pas clair dans l’annonce - ménage très léger et maison assez rudimentaire: papiers peints qui se décolle t, douches un peu sales, maison assez sombre Pour faire un EVG c’était correct, mais je ne comprends pas les si bonnes notes.

Nous avons séjourné dans le domaine lors d’un week-end entre amis pour un anniversaire. Le terrain et les infrastructures sont très bien, table de ping pong avec raquettes et balles, terrain de pétanque avec boules, fillet pour jouer au volley ou badminton avec des volants et raquettes + des ballons de foot et la piscine chauffée. Les hôtes sont très sympas, accueillant et flexibles au niveau du bruit Très bon séjour, nous reviendrons.

Nous avons loué le logement pour mon anniversaire. Le propriétaire habite juste à côté ce qui a permis de faciliter les échanges. Il n'a pas été dérangé par les soirées Je recommande tout de même de se limiter à 12 personnes pour éviter le canapé lit dans le salon (dernier endormi, premier réveillé)

Logement propre très bien localisé ! Pas de voisins, proche de la gare (5min en voiture), Intermarché (8min), proche de Dieppe ( 20min). Très beau espace extérieur avec piscine, trampoline, plusieurs espace pour manger. Grande Tv ! 2 toilettes, 2 salle de bains, toute les chambres sont à l’étages, très pratiques, toute possibilité de fermer à clefs. Le gros plus et la cuisine totalement équiper : four, micro-onde, plaque, grand frigo… Eric habite à côté donc très pratique, il a pu nous dépanner des appareils à raclette mais aussi une balance et un batteur ! Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Propriétaires acceuillants et pas du tout intrusif comme j'ai pu le lire dans certains commentaires, domaine vraiment joli. On a pu aller a la piscine, faire du volley, de la petanque et du ping-pong. L'interieur est correct, comptez plutôt 12 personnes pour ce gîte sinon c'est 2 personnes dans le salon. Pour les alentours, il y a tout a moins de 30 min. En conclusion, on a passé un bon week-end ! Je recommande.

Top week gehad bij Eric. Keuken zeer goed uitgerust, geschikt voor grote groepen mensen. Slaapkamers comfortabel. Sanitair is wel aan een opknapbeurt toe. Buiten is alles uitstekend geregeld met veel zitplekken en hoekjes, tafeltennis, jeu de boules baan, heerlijk zwembad met veel ligbedden. Op redelijke afstand van het strand en veel leuke plaatsjes dichtbij. Eigenaar heel gezellig en erg makkelijk en service gericht. Top!

Geen 4 badkamers slechts 2 en 2 toiletten welke beide boven zijn. Zwembad niet verwarmd ondanks extra bevestiging bij navraag. Verder mooie regio waar genoeg te doen is.

Bon séjour !

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable et ensoleillée. Heureusement, car le salon est tout juste pour 14 personnes en temps de pluie. Les propriétaires sont vraiment généreux, respectueux et à l'écoute de tous nos besoins, très réactifs ! Nous avons eu le droit de récolter des herbes aromatiques sur place. Le cadre extérieur est plus joli en vrai que sur les photos. Belle surprise! La piscine est un peu sale dans le fond mais le propriétaire fait au mieux. (Peut être, conseiller les visiteurs à se rincer les pieds avant d'entrer dans la piscine...une douche était à proximité mais ne fonctionnait pas). L'eau est tout de même propre et claire, agréable d'y nager. Il y a de nombreux transats, idéal pour une grande famille. Un des réels points négatifs du séjour est la présence de nombreuses mouches dans la cuisine. Je recommande ce gîte, n'hésitez pas! Encore un grand merci à Eric et son personnel.

Zwembad niet beschikbaar

Eerste ontgoocheling was dat we gereserveerd hadden met zwembad wat ook door VRBO op de site staat van begin april, maar eigenaar en hangt ook op pas vanaf 15 april dit voorziet, maw. waar we speciaal voor geboekt hebben was niet beschikbaar. Naar ruimte met kinderen prima, wel verouderde staat van het huis.
