Beautiful, cosy apartment block "Isis", 4 storeys. In the resort Costa del Silencio, in a quiet, sunny position, traffic calmed area, 450 m from the sea, 450 m from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool kidney-shaped fenced (depth 80 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Shower/WC in the pool area, public parking on the road. Bus stop "Jose Antonio Tavio" 1 km. Nearby attractions: Golf del Sur 10 km, Siam Park 16 km, Teide 48 km, Masca 49 km. Hiking paths: Barranco del Infierno 24 km. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Lovely apartment. Good value
The apartment was exactly as described. Good size. Seperate bedroom bathroom living area. Everything needed to self cater in the kitchen. About a 5-15 minute walk to local restaurants bars shops and about a 40 minutes walk to las gallettas and the harbour which is lovely. The pool area was quiet but not sure what this would be like in the summer. There is no aircon in the apartment which would be a problem in the summer.. it is in a quiet part of cost del Silencio and felt very safe. I would recommend this apartment as good value for money

I have stayed in this apartment twice now. The complex is well looked after and clean. It is handy for shops, bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend it.
