Cozy apartment with mountain view and close to the slopes in the Zillertal Arena
This attic apartment on Duxeralm impresses with beautiful, tasteful interior design and at the same time offers a perfect, quiet location.
The visible roof truss and large windows flood the rooms with plenty of light, creating a very bright and cozy atmosphere.
A large balcony with a postcard-worthy panorama of the Zillertal Arena invites you to small ski breaks with a relaxing snack in the sun. With a hot mulled wine or a cup of tea in hand, you can enjoy relaxing afternoons on the sunny balcony and watch the hustle and bustle on the ski slope.
Due to its central location, it's just a stone's throw to the Duxeralm lift, which takes you directly to the Zillertal Arena. With ideal snow conditions, you have the opportunity to end your last descent right in front of the house.
If you've never been on skis or haven't for a long time, we recommend the Hochkrimml ski school.
In summer, Hochkrimml is an ideal starting point for hikes, mountain, and mountain bike tours. If you appreciate the peaceful surroundings, you are absolutely right in Hochkrimml during the summer season. The Durlaßboden reservoir, the Kristallbad in Wald/Königsleiten, or the WasserWunderWelten in Krimml offer a nice change of pace.
