With regard to your comments, we would like to point out a few things: The park of Borgo del Mirto is maintained in April and May, with pruning and grass cutting, respecting the natural environment of the Selva di Fasano, which characterizes our accommodation. The kitchen of the Zagare house is equipped with cherry wood furniture in good condition. We are not aware of any loose or dismantled furniture, and during your stay we were not informed of this problem, although we did receive other requests, such as a toaster (delivered the same day) and more kitchen towels (provided without inconvenience). On the temperature, the house was kept at 19°C. We turned on the heating on two occasions. We turned the heating on twice at your request, clarifying that in Italy its use is regulated by law at certain times of the year. The house receives natural light, especially in the kitchen, as shown by photos taken by a professional photographer. The blinds were closed during your stay, which may have influenced your perception of the indoor environment.
