Die Ferienwohnung ist auf dem aktuellen technischen Stand und die Einrichtung ist komplett neu. Das Ambiente in der Wohnung ist durch die vielen Beleuchtungsvariationen sehr angenehm. Von der Ausstattung her war alles da was ich so benötigte. Die Lage finde ich sehr gut. Man ist mit dem Rad in 30 Minuten in Neuharlingersiel und ruckzuck in Harlesiel, welches man auch sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Für den ersten Tag empfiehlt sich ein Besuch, direkt angrenzend, in der Genussmühle. Liegt zwar preislich über dem Durchschnitt, aber zumindest alles frisch zubereitet und ich fand geschmacklich sehr gut.
Der Kontakt mit der Hausverwaltung war sehr angenehm und es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert.
Aus meiner Sicht wäre eine Möglichkeit der Verschattung auf dem Balkon wünschenswert, da es durch den dunklen Bodenbelag und die Sonneneinstrahlung doch sehr warm war. Auch könnte man über Sitz- und Liegepolster nachdenken, finde ich angenehmer. Letzteres wäre für mich als Kaffeetrinker eine Filterkaffeemaschine gut gewesen.

Anmeldung lief nicht optimal, mussten eine Weile am Objekt warten, weil die Schlüssel fehlten. Später wieder auf die Reinigungsfirma warten, da Bettwäsche nicht vollständig sauber war. Der Nachmittag war dann vorbei. In der Wohnung roch es muffig. Bei Ankunft waren noch Schuppen von Vorgäner dem Sofa s. Die Wendeltreppe war locker. Das W-lan ging gar nichtnicht.
