The high-quality and stylishly furnished holiday apartment for four people has a fabulous YACHTHAFENBLICK and scores points with its exclusive location directly on the harbour promenade of the OstseeResort Olpenitz.
The harbour promenade is located below the holiday apartment and invites you to shop and stroll with its growing range of shops and short distances.
The light-flooded oasis of well-being with floor-to-ceiling windows and balcony also offers an incredible YACHTHAFENBLICK with harbour cinema, views of the floating houses, the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei with passing sailing ships and the Schleimünde lighthouse. Make yourself comfortable in the living area or on the balcony and watch the passing sailing ships accompanied by the colourful evening sun.
The apartment's modern furnishings and the successful spatial connection between the kitchenette and the exclusive living area emphasise the comfortable atmosphere of the peaceful surroundings. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, allowing you to conjure up delicious dishes. Enjoy the finished delicacies on the balcony or enjoy a cosy barbecue evening.
The holiday apartment has two bedrooms. These are each equipped with a double bed and a television.
The bathroom has a modern, floor-level shower, a washbasin with vanity unit and a large mirror.
The car parking space belonging to the holiday apartment is easily accessible from the apartment on the 1st floor via a lift.
Our favourite spot: end the day in good company at sunset with a glass of wine in your hand and enjoy the fresh sea breeze.
Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
