Cozy vacation apartment in the heart of the Dahner Felsenland

Our holiday rental is located in the historic centre of Rumbach in a listed half-timbered house. It was completely renovated in 2023/24 and offers a particularly cosy living atmosphere year-round. With great attention to detail, we took care to preserve the old half-timbered structure while combining it with the amenities of a modern apartment. The local street is a dead-end with no through traffic, allowing you to spend your holiday in a peaceful, idyllic Palatinate setting.

The 55-square-meter apartment is ideal for 2 to 4 people.
The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area features underfloor heating. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and a large refrigerator and freezer. The bedroom features a large double bed and a 76-cm-wide single bed that can be folded out to double width.
Please note that some ceiling beams have a clearance height of only 1.85 m.
The backyard, which overlooks the hillside garden, gets morning sun and is perfect for a cosy breakfast or relaxing on the lounge furniture.
Right next to the apartment is the lockable (former) barn, where you can store bicycles and charge e-bikes.

Nestled in a beautiful landscape of forests, villages, medieval castle ruins, and red sandstone cliffs, Rumbach is the perfect starting point for all nature and culture lovers, for hikers, mountain bikers, and climbers, or for people who simply want to enjoy the peace and quiet and the special atmosphere of the Southern Palatinate. The immediate surroundings offer a wide range of recreational activities for families with children as well as for ambitious recreational athletes.
Several bakeries and supermarkets can be found in Bruchweiler and Bundenthal, about 1.5 km away.
