Private: beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced) with lawn and flowers. Shop 850 m, supermarket 1.7 km, bakery 850 m, bus stop "Sellin, Hauptstrasse" 900 m, indoor swimming pool 1.7 km. Sports harbour 1.4 km, walking paths from the house 50 m. Nearby attractions: Seebrücke Sellin 1.5 km, Ostseebad Binz 12 km, Nationalpark Jasmund - Königstuhl 36 km. Fiber optic for fast internet in the home.
