Es ist Quest, ein Schlüssel zu bekommen. Zwei Stunden vor der Tür gewartet, obwohl um 15.00 Uhr schon telefoniert und gesagt haben, das wir um 19.00 Uhr kommen.In dem Flur kann man nicht atmen. Feuchtigkeit, wegen Keller wahrscheinlich.Es merkt man sofort, dass diese Wohnung schon lange niemand gemietet wurde. Spinnen mit Insekten sind überall. Einige Rollläden nicht funktionieren, wie auch Jalousie. Zu wenig Geschiert, Wasserkocher schafft nur in ca. 10 min seine Arbeit zu machen. Die Wohnung allgemein ist zu klein für 5-6 Personen. Maximal für 4. Schlafzimmer ist direkt neben der Straße, deswegen in der Nacht ist bisschen laut.

Wohnung war sehr schön, aber ein paar Dinge zur Verbesserung will ich anregen: - Es halt sehr stark, ein paar Bilder zum Schallschutz wären gut - die Bäder sind sehr schön, allerdings die Fenster sehr einsichtig - Heizkörper wurden leider nur lauwarm Wir kommen aber gerne wieder, weiter so.

Umgestaltung noch im Prozess

„Neu OG Wohnung“ steht in der Beschreibung. Daran zweifelt man keinen Moment, da der Hausflur noch nicht fertig renoviert ist. Man wird von alten Briefkästen und heraushängenden Kabeln begrüßt. Die Wohnung selbst ist den Bildern entsprechend kahl und lieblos eingerichtet. Die Heizung ist aus, die Eollos halb heruntergelassen, die Temperaturen in der Wohnung knapp zweistellig, (draußen 21°C Tagestemperatur), so ist der Kühlschrank auch schon der wärmste Ort im Haus. Die Heizung funktioniert nicht. Die hinzugebuchte Bettwäsche ist nicht aufgezogen und klamm. Die Wohnung verfügt ausschließlich über Deckenleuchten in klinischem kaltweiss, sodass ein geselliger Abend am großzügigen Küchentisch herrliche Krankenhausflur-Vibes bekommt. Die neuen Bäder sind wirklich chic und modern, mit hervorragenden
