This fully air-conditioned luxury property on two floors has three bedrooms with double beds and private bathrooms and is suitable for 6 people. The nearest beach is 3 km away.On the first floor, there is a high-quality living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet. From the living room, you have a beautiful sea view and direct access to the outdoor area, where a refreshing pool, a summer kitchen with a covered dining area, and a lovely outdoor lounge await you. On the second floor, you will find three elegantly decorated bedrooms with private bathrooms and access to terraces with sea views, providing a touch of pure luxury. All rooms are air-conditioned and have TVs.In the fully enclosed property, there is a covered parking space and two additional parking spaces within the property. Table tennis is also available.
