The best thing about this property is the easy commute to and from NYC (time Square). The property is too small even for two people. The most inconvenient is the Mai entrance (we had to through the mother's apartment, The few stairs to the studio or room were twisted and can be dangerously for older people. To my surprise there is no kitchen ares. When I asked if I could use the mother's kitchen for small things they said yes. But I always felt it was awkward to summarize the commute is very good and the son and mother seem to be very nice.
