Private: property 500 m2 with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool heated (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Mar. - 15.Nov.). Outdoor shower, hot tub. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Motor access to 200 m from the house (via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, bus stop 4.9 km, sandy beach 5 km pebble beach 2.5 km. Please note: airfield 14 km from the property. The unit consists of 2 apartments, rented as one unit. Swimming pool heated (extra).

Gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 sleeping facility (180 cm), air conditioning. 1 room with 1 double bed and air conditioning. 1 room with 2 beds and air conditioning. Open kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Terrace 32 m2 partly roofed terrace 29 m2. Super schönes Ferienhaus!!

Zu Beginn wurden wir sehr herzlich begrüßt und "eingewiesen". Vermieter(in) äußerst freundlich! Es fehlte uns von der Ausstattung her an nichts und die beiden Pools (abends mit wechselnder Beleuchtung) haben den Urlaub perfekt gemacht. Viele Terrassen/Balkone mit Sitz- oder Liegemöglichkeiten mit je unterschiedlichen tollen Aussichten sorgen für pure Entspannung. Das Meer erreichte man mit dem Auto in 5-10 min. Dort würde ich meinen Urlaub auf jeden Fall wieder verbringen!

Ein wunderschönes Haus, sehr abgeschieden, dafür mit einer wundervollen Aussicht auf das Velebit Gebirge, welches Von den Terrassen und auch vom Pool oder Jacuzzi zu sehen ist. Auch innerhalb des Hauses eine tolle Ausstattung mit allem was dazu gehört.

Vermieter war bei Fragen jederzeit freundlich, hilfreich und gut erreichbar. Außenbereich (Pool, Sonnenliegen, Terrassenmöbel, Pizzabackofen, Grill, etc.) war super! Sehr gute Ausstattung mit Geschirr/Kochutensilien, reichlich Bade- und Duschhandtücher vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und diverse Strände/Buchten gut mit Auto erreichbar. War das perfekte Haus für unseren (2 Familien) Urlaub. Lediglich einige der Matratzen könnten erneuert werden... Wir würden wiederkommen!

Das Haus hat uns gefallen. Alles vorhanden. Der Pool war super. Muss leider etwas bemängeln, das 3. Bad war nur im Notfall zu benutzen. Bei 8 Erwachsenen deshalb zu wenig. Für 2 Familien aber perfekt.

Sehr freundliche und herzliche Begrüßung, wie Betreuung vor Ort! Ausreichend Platz für 8 Personen, alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen und Leben so braucht. Außengrill und Pizzaofen (haben selbstgemachte Pizza gebacken!) vorhanden, genial auch der Pool, in den man morgens oder abends noch mal schnell reinspringen konnte. Optimal für Großfamilien oder 2 Familien, da zwei voneinander getrennte Wohnungen.

Ein Traum auf Krk

Ein herrliches Haus in toller Umgebung, ideal gelegen um die schöne Insel zu erkunden. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man braucht, um einen schönen Urlaub zu erleben. Gerne benutzten wir u.a. den Pool an heißen Tagen, sowie die Außenküche. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett, und gaben uns wertvolle Tipps für den Aufenthalt. Alles in allem eine Adresse, die wir gerne wieder buchen werden und absolut weiter empfehlen können.
