Beautiful, cosy, rustic house "Mas de l'Adrech", surrounded by trees and meadows. 3.5 km from the centre of Fayence, 41 km from the centre of Cannes, in the countryside. Private: garden 1 ha (not fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, natural garden, meadow, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 2 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Cannes" 4500 km, sandy beach "Fréjus" 33 km, bathing lake "Lac de Saint Cassien" 20 km. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km. Nearby attractions: Gorges du Verdon. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Saint Cassien. There is a not-secured water pool on the neighboring estate (approx. 100 m).
"Mas de l'Adrech", 6-room house 200 m2 on 3 levels. Rustic and tasteful furnishings: living room with satellite TV, hi-fi system, electric heating and air conditioning. Exit to the veranda. View of the garden. Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.
