Cosy cottage "Prieger", surrounded by trees and meadows. In the district of Moosberg 2 km from the centre of Öblarn, 8 km from the centre of Stein an der Enns, 29 km from the centre of Schladming, in a secluded, elevated position, in the countryside. Private: large garden 600 m2 (fenced) with lawn. In the house: storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, bakery 2.5 km, café 2.5 km, bus stop "Niederöblarn Murbergerweg" 2.4 km, railway station "Öblarn" 2.8 km, outdoor swimming pool 2.5 km, indoor swimming pool 25 km. Ski lift 17 km, gondola lift 17 km, ski bus stop 2 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hauser Kaibling 21 km. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
"Landhaus Prieger", 5-room house 150 m2 on 2 levels. Rustic and wooden furniture furnishings: living room with satellite TV. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table and dining nook. Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and hand-basin. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed and hand-basin. Bathroom, sep. WC. Wood heating. Parquet floors. Balcony, patio. Balcony furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and Grimming. Facilities: iron, children's high chair, baby cot, logs (extra). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Note: Firewood for the kitchen stove Euro 20,-(one time). When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use.

Für Hundebesitzer

Alles super geklappt, Gastgeber sind sehr nett. Wenn Sie einen Hund dabei haben, die Teppiche im Haus lieber zusammenrollen. Kleine Farbunterschiede können nach dem Aufenthalt dazu führen dass ein Teil der Kaution einbehalten wird. P. S. Hunde sind aber im Haus erlaubt.

Wir waren Ende September im Ferienhaus Prieger, wo wir uns mit unserem Hund sehr wohl fühlten. Nette Vermieter, gemütliches Wohnzimmer, schöne große Wohnküche. Der Garten war ideal für den Hund, da er umzäunt ist.

Schönes großes Haus

Wir habe 14 Tage Urlaub dort gemacht. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. 2x Bad und 2x Toilette. Die Vermieter wohnen gegenüber und sind sehr sehr nett. Für unseren Hund auch ideal da das verfügbare Grundstück komplett eingezäunt ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt nochmal buchen. Einzige kleine Anmerkung: Ich würde die Möbel im Wohnzimmer bei Gelegenheit mal erneuern. Erfüllen zwar ihren Zweck sind aber nicht mehr zeitgemäß. LG

Sehr schönes Haus in ansprechender Umgebung oberhalb des Dorfes Öblarn, welches ein schönes ruhiges Dorf ist - traumhafte Ruhe am Abend und sehr viele Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung.
