Private: property 380 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and wildlife garden. In the house: storage room for bicycles, central heating system. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Supermarket, restaurant, bicycle rental 300 m, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach 3 km, indoor swimming pool 300 m.

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 3 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 double bed. Shower/WC. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra).
