Private: natural state property 1'000 m2, garden (not fenced). Garden furniture, barbecue. Available: boat (extra). Motor access (300 m via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 10 km, bus stop 4.5 km, railway station "Karlshamn" 28 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 155 km, sandy beach 1 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km. Please note: private mooring. Fishing permit is not neeeded, only allowed to use the boat motor that can be booked as an additional service.
"Erikstorp 142", 4-room house 95 m2 on 2 levels. Object suitable for 6 adults. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the veranda. 1 room with 1 double bed. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the veranda. Shower/WC, Sauna. Upper floor: living/sleeping room with sloping ceilings with 1 double sofabed and satellite TV. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. Sep. WC. Electric heating. View of the lake. Please note: non-smokers only, non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Freezer approx. 60 l. Only allowed to use the owners wood for the fireplace.
