Private: natural state property 1'000 m2, garden (not fenced). Garden furniture, barbecue. Available: boat (extra). Motor access (300 m via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 10 km, bus stop 4.5 km, railway station "Karlshamn" 28 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 155 km, sandy beach 1 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km. Please note: private mooring. Fishing permit is not neeeded, only allowed to use the boat motor that can be booked as an additional service.
"Erikstorp 142", 4-room house 95 m2 on 2 levels. Object suitable for 6 adults. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the veranda. 1 room with 1 double bed. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the veranda. Shower/WC, Sauna. Upper floor: living/sleeping room with sloping ceilings with 1 double sofabed and satellite TV. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. Sep. WC. Electric heating. View of the lake. Please note: non-smokers only. Freezer approx. 60 l. Only allowed to use the owners wood for the fireplace.

Idyllisch gelegenes Haus mit schönem Blick auf den See. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig. Nachbarn gibt es nicht. Das Haus steht sozusagen im Wald.

Wir waren zufrieden

Wohnung ist geräumig gewesen Küchenausstattung war gut. Uns haben die Kissenauflagen für draußen auf die Stühle gefehlt das man bequemer sitzen kann und Rollos an den Fenstern das man die Schlafzimmer dunkler machen kann. Wir haben das Bootsfahren mit den geliehen Motor genossen. Es ist für eine Person ziemlich schwer den Motor und die Batterie bis hinunter zum Steg zu tragen berg ab und dann wieder hinauf. Aber er ist schön ruhig beim fahren gewesen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen Zum Meer mit einem Strand /Kinderspielplatz und Restaurant waren es ca. 20 Minuten mit den Auto nach Norje Sandstrand

Wer auf der Suche nach entspannten Urlaub ist, wird hier fündig.

Das Häuschen und die Umgebung sind perfekt für einen Entspannten Familienurlaub. Wir hatten eine traumhaften Weihnachtsurlaub. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Backofen, E-Herd, Mikrowelle, Toaster und einen Fernseher mit deutschen Sendern. Geschirr ist auch ausreichend vorhanden. Nach langen Spaziergängen im verschneiten Wald um den vereisten See, war dann die Sauna sehr passend. Und zum Abschluss des Tages könnte man vor dem Kamin entspannt runterkommen. Mann kann auch mit den Kindern den Wald erkunden wo man viele interessante Sachen findet es gibt viele Spuren im Schnee die, die Waldbewohner hinterlassen. In ca. 15 Minuten entfernen Stadt kann man sehr gut einkaufen, es gibt einen Lidl und eine Laden. Und auch zahlreiche Restaurants. Kleiner Tipp, nimmt kein Bargeld mit, man kann Euro dort nicht wechseln. Nur in einer größeren Stadt, die ca 40 min entfernt ist. Der Besitzer und Betreiber der Siedlung ist sehr freundlich und nett. Man kann sich mit dem ganz gut in Englisch unterhalten. Der Kontakt und die ganze Abwicklung klappten wunderbar. Das Haus war sauber und gepflegt. Danke für einen schönen Urlaub in einem Wintermärchen! Ist sehr empfehlenswert!

Unser Urlaub in Olafström

Die Lage vom Haus mit Blick auf den See war sehr schön hatten aber bei erst Sichtung der Bilder gedacht das, dass Haus direkt am See ist mit Anleger. Der Anleger war zu Fuß durch ein kleines Waldstück zu erreichen dort konnte man leider nicht vernünftig ins Wasser zum Schwimmen. Der Badestrand war mit dem Boot, zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war inordnung ein zwei Möbelstück waren nicht mehr in ihrer besten Verfassung aber darüber konnte man bei dem schönen See Blick hinwegschauen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hausverwalter war etwas schwierig da dieser nur wenig Englisch konnte.

wie immer sehr schön

wahr wie immer sehr schöööön. Einziges manko die Duschkabine ist sowieso schon sehr klein, obendrauf wahren noch die Rollen von einer Tür kaputt was das Duschen natürlich sehr erschwert hat.

das Haus, die Gegennd, See und...

das Haus, die Gegennd, See und Boot war alles gut. Es ist schade.daß keine Benzinmotoren verfügbar sind. Elektromotor ist soweit auch ok, wenn man nicht nach jeder Fahrt die Batterie zum Haus schleppen müßte um sie zuladen. Das ca. 200m über recht unwegsames Gelände. So blieb uns das Rudern. Reisetipps: Karlshamm und Olofström sind gute Reiseziele, und schnell zu erreichen

Das Haus war zweckmäßig eingerichtet.Es war nicht wirklich sauber bei Ankunft.Wie auch,wenn keine Putzmittel zur Verfügung gestellt werden.Das Haus hat einen schönen Blick auf den See.
