In the district of Riaci 2.5 km from the centre of Tropea, 10 km from the centre of Capo Vaticano, 30 km from the centre of Vibo Valenzia, in an elevated position on a slope, 700 m from the sea, direct access to the beach. For shared use: terraced garden, 3 ha with trees, natural garden, orchard. 100 m long motor access (via unmade road). Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant, bar 700 m, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Ricadi" 1 km, ferry "Tropea - Isole Eoliche" 2.5 km, sandy beach 700 m. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. The owner lives in the same residence. Railway line 50 m from the property.

Dům nad azurovým mořem

Starší, ale kouzelný přímořský dům. Vybavení domu starší, ale vše funkční, bylo zde vše co jsme potřebovali. Velká prostorná terasa. Klidné místo, blízká pláž s azurovým mořem, v září pláž téměř prázdná. Velká škoda, že byla vegetace na konci léta přerostlá a nebyl panoramatický výhled na moře.

traumhafte Lage und atemberaubender Blick aufs Mee

Das Haus mit der Wohnung steht auf einem Privatgrundstück absolut alleine. Keine Lärmbelästigung nur das Rauschen der Wellen ist zu hören. Blick auf den Vulkan Stromboli ist einzigartig. Die Inneneinrichtung ist erneuerungsbedürftig :)

In der Beschreibung stand nicht wie schön die Aussicht wirklich ist und es stand "zweckmäßige" Einrichtung. Das stimmt schon, aber beim Eintreten ins Haus fühlte man sich wohl im mediterranen Landhausstil. Wirklich sehr empfehlenswert !!!! Einzig die Anfahrt laut den Interchaletangaben war ein Graus. Das sollte dringend verbessert werden. Ohne Hilfe vor Ort hätten wir es nie gefunden. Also beim Buchen um eine ordentliche Beschreibung bitten :-)

vacanze al mare Mediterranea

Après beaucoup d'hésitation, notre vol Genève-Catane ayant été annulé, nous ne regrettons pas d'avoir fait les 1600km.en voiture pour découvrir ,en famille, cet endroit magnifique que nous avons de suite adopté. Notre priorité était vue sur la mer et plages libres à proximité , situation de la maison au calme et dans un grand espace d'une luxuriante végétation. La maison correspond au desciptif et sans chercher dans les détails on s'est très bien débrouillé. La voiture reste indispensable , pour faire les courses et rejoindre Tropea, mais la mer est tellement belle, que la voiture n'a pas beaucoup bougé. Un merci tout particulier a Francesca qui était toujours présente lorsque nous avions besoin de son aide. Nous sommes prêt à renouveller l'expérience une prochaine année.
