Private: property 1'800 m2 (fenced), garden lawn, swimming pool angular (7 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Table tennis, terrace (30 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, table football. 50 m long bumpy motor access. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 4 km, restaurant 2 km, café 2 km, bus stop 1.5 km, pebble beach 7 km, shingle beach 7 km.
4-room house 150 m2. Living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table, satellite TV, international TV channels and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 bed. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 french bed (160 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Air-conditioning (extra). Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

Wundervoll!

Wir haben zu dritt (Ehepaar mit Kind, 8 J.) 10 tolle Tage hier verbracht. Die Gastgeber-Familie war sehr zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und bietet viel Komfort. Gut ausgestattete Küche, bequeme Betten, Moskitonetze. Draußen sauberer Pool (top Poolliegen), weitläufiges Gelände, schöne Natur & herrliche Ruhe. Für's Kind gab es Tischkicker, Tischtennis & Dart. Das nächste gute Restaurant, Pizzeria Luna, ist 3 min., Strand 18min entfernt. In 20min super Spots in alle Richtungen erreichbar.

Tolles Objekt, nette Vermieter

Wir sind rundum zufrieden. Das Objekt ist sehr schön und der Pool ist wirklich klasse. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und beim Poolreinigen und zum Abschied gab es sogar selbst gebackenes. Super nette Vermieter. Ruhige Lage mit gelegentlichem Hundegebell und Gegackere von nebenan. Uns hats nicht gestört. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Alles bestens.

Das äußerst saubere Ferienhaus befindet sich in einem kleinen sympathischen Dorf mitten in Istrien. Wir haben Ruhe gesucht und sie gefunden. Der Pool ist wunderbar und der Garten groß und schön.

Excellente location très bien entretenue, néanmoins sur l’annonce il est dit que le prochain voisin est à 2km ce qui n’est pas le cas et il manque certains ustensiles dans la cuisine (casseroles, essoreuse à salade...) mais je recommande vivement
