In the district of Pineta 800 m from the centre of Lignano-Pineta, 13 km from the centre of Bibione, 95 km from the centre of Trieste, 1 km from the sea. For shared use: natural state property (fenced) with lawn and trees. In the house: bicycle rental. Grocery, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Latisana (Milano-Venezia-Triest)" 20 km, sandy beach 1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 4.5 km. Beach service: During summer season (May - mid September) 1 parasol and 2 deck-chairs per apartment included in the price.
3-room semi-detached house 45 m2. Practical furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 bed, 1 pull-out bed, dining table, kitchen corner and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (Gas stove, 4 gas rings, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Leider war im inneren des Hauses einiges mangelhaft das Badezimmer hatte kaum ablagefläche kaum steckdosen keine möglichkeiten im haus handtücher u. trockemtücher auf zu hängen im innen bereich war nicht sauber zum putzen kamen sie erst um 5 uhr. Dieses Mitopjekt würden wir nicht noch einmal Buchen
