Beautiful, comfortable house "L'Esquirou". 2.5 km from the centre of Draguignan, 55 km from the centre of Saint Tropez, 71 km from the centre of Cannes, on a slope, in the residential district, 35 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'500 m2 with trees, swimming pool (7 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 18.Apr. - 10.Oct.). Outdoor shower, boules. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 2.5 km, bus stop 600 m, railway station "Les Arcs Draguignan" 13 km, sandy beach "Fréjus" 35 km, bathing lake "Lac de Sainte Croix" 45 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km. Nearby attractions: Abbaye du Thoronet, Grottes de Villecroze, Moustiers Saint Marie, Cotignac, Vallon Sourn, Gorges du Verdon. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Sainte Croix 46 km, Lac de Carces (péche uniquement) 38 km.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Ein schönes Haus, alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Traumhafter Ausblick auf Draguignan. Der Außenbereich macht einen etwas unfertigen Eindruck und über die Inneneinrichtung kann man sich streiten, trotzdem haben wir einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht, der leider viel zu schnell vorbeiging.

sehr schönes und großes Haus, perfekt für 2 Paare und 2 Kinder. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und sehr liebevoll mit hochwertigen Möbeln eingerichtet. Die tollen Märkte in der Umgebung und der Profi-Herd in der Küche laden zum Kochen ein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und bei Problemen sehr hilfsbereit. Danke für die Getränke zur Begrüßung!

Mooi huis, rustig gelegen, lekker (klein!) zwembadje om af te koelen.

Jammer dat badkamer beneden geen toilet heeft; alleen in de hal. Uitzicht door bomen beperkt, maar geven wel de noodzakelijke schaduw (parasol ontbreekt). Kunstgras prima oplossing, wel erg heet in de zon. Keuken ruim, maar onpraktisch ingericht.

Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig u...

Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig und nicht einsehbar auf dem Berg oberhalb von Draguignan. Da es sehr weit oben liegt, benutzt man besser das Auto, um in die Stadt zu kommen. Zu Fuß wäre der Aufstieg sehr anstrengend und lang. Der Garten ist umzäunt von hohen Bäumen, die ausreichend Schatten spenden, dass man gut den ganzen Tag draußen verbringen kann. Der Pool ist nicht beheizt, was aber völlig ok ist, wenn es draußen warm ist. Haus und Pool waren sauber, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, alles hat funktioniert, das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Vermieterin sehr nett. Das Haus blieb auch ohne Klimaanlage überraschend kühl. Draguignan ist eine nette Kleinstadt mit guten Restaurants und Markt 2x pro Woche. Wir würden das Haus sofort wieder buchen. Reisetipps: Wir sind mit dem TGV bis Aix–en–Provence angereist, der durchgehend von Frankfurt nach Marseille fährt. Die Reisezeit ist mit dem Auto nicht zu schlagen. Bei der Deutschen Bahn gibt es billige Euro Spezial Tickets für diese Strecke. Wir sindab der TGV Station mit dem Mietwagen weitergefahren. Empfehlenswerte Ausflüge im August sind die Richtung Landesinnere, wie z.B. der Grand Canyon du Verdon mit sehr beeindruckenden Schluchten. An der Cote d´Azur ist es im August einfach zu heiss und zu voll. Vor allem, wenn man aus dem beschaulichen Draguignan anreist. Einziges Manko, für das aber keiner etwas kann: Es gibt abends viele Mücken. Also unbedingt Mückenschutzspray mitnehmen.

Super ruhig gelegen, Top ausgestattet.Für Reisende mit Hund sehr zu empfehlen. Großes Grundstück.Durch den Schatten der Bäume kann man es auch an heißen Tagen gut aushalten.Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Verwalterehepaar. Wir kommen wieder Reisetipps: Draguignan, Tourtour, Cotignac, Aups und, und ,und.es gibt soviel Möglichkeiten das Savoir–vivre in Der Region zu erlebenAuch ein Ausflug ans Meer ist zu empfehlen. Hier kommt jeder auf seine Kosten.
