Upper floor: 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), hand-basin, shower and air conditioning. Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Wooden floors. Terrace partly roofed, south facing position. Barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4), box-room. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

Perfekte Lage

Wir sind mittlerweile zum vierten Mal in diesem Haus und es ist immer wieder schön. Es haben sich allerdings bauliche VerĂ€nderungen ergeben vor dem Haus, so dass die Fotos nicht mehr aktuell sind von außen. Sollten aktualisiert werden.

Schönes großes gerĂ€umiges Haus direkt an der DĂŒne gut ausgestattet und mit ausreichend Platz fĂŒr mehrere Personen. Unser Aufenthalt war drei Wochen im Oktober da war es schon ruhig aber ich könnte mir vorstellen dass im Hochsommer, da eine Gastronomie neben dran ist, es sehr laut und voll ist.

Liebevoll und mit Stil eingerichtetes HĂ€uschen nur wenige Meter vom Meer entfernt. ParkplĂ€tze direkt vorm Haus. Grosser Garten mit LiegestĂŒhlen und Grill, ausreichend Sitz und Chill Möglichkeiten. KĂŒchenausstattung lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen, sogar Toaster, Friteuse, zusĂ€tzliche Kapsel Maschine zur Filterkaffemaschiene, Backofen, GeschirrspĂŒler und alles was man an Kleinzeugs braucht. Das Badezimmer im OG ist ein SchmuckstĂŒck zum wohlfĂŒhlen. ... die Hausbesitzerin ist eine sehr freundliche und aufmerksameGastgeberin. Einfach ein Traum! Reisetipps: Cap de l'Homy, Dune du Pilat, Archachon, Markt in Mimizan, Fahradtour durch die KiefernwĂ€lder, Spaziergang zum le phare de Contis.

ménage loin d'etre impécable à l'arrivée par contre on demande qu'au départ tout soit impécable sinon on paie 80 euros casserole avec reste de nourriture gras sur les placards de la cuisine bouchons sous les meubles du salon noyaux de fruits dans les WC toiles araignées dans les chambres Conseils de voyage: beaucoup de bruit à cause du bar à coté de la maison région super

Sehr schönes gut gelegenes Haus direkt hinter der DĂŒne nur wenige Minuten zum Strand mit eigenem Parkplatz. Die QualitĂ€t Des Hauses und der Einrichtung sind einwandfrei und ich kann nach zwei erholsamen Wochen in diesem Haus es nur empfehlen.
