For shared use: lawn for sunbathing. Barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. 4 km long narrow motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Shop 4 km, bus stop "Kaltenbach-Stumm Bahnhof" 4.8 km, railway station "Kaltenbach-Stumm Bahnhof" 4.8 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Fügen" 9 km, bathing lake "Aufenfeld" 6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 7 km, walking paths from the house 10 m, gondola lift, slopes 300 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence. Extra: You get a 10% discount on the daily menu in the Skistadl snack station on the valley run above the middle station.
"Luxner", 3-room apartment 65 m2 on 2nd floor. Rustic furnishings: 2 double bedrooms. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with 1 sofabed, dining nook and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC. Oil heating. Carpet. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Marvellous view of the mountains. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded. Zeer mooi en ruim appartement. Vriendelijke eigenares. Prachtig uitzicht op het Zillertal beneden. Het weggetje naar het huis is soms wat aan de smalle kant met regelmatig een haarspeldbochtje en hier en daar is het toch redelijk diep aan de zijkant van de weg.

Perfect!

Dit vakantie huis ligt dichtbij het middenstation van de skilift. Hoog op de berg dus. Mooie route naar boven. Huis is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien! Goede bedden, ruime douche. Huis was mooi schoon bij aankomst, zeer aardige gastvrouw! Zouden er zeker nog een keer weer naartoe gaan.

an awful street, narrow and dangerous with a demanding slope. far away from Kaltenbach. owners aren't able to speak English, only german. I lost my money booking this apartment. I don't suggest it.

Relax v horách

Apartmán se nachází na klidném místě, ze kterého je velmi pěkný výhled. Apartmán je nově a luxusně zařízen, je vhodný i pro děti, pro které je nedaleko postavené malé hřiště. Celý dům je čistý, krásně to tam voní. Byl jsem velmi mile překvapen chováním paní, která umí jen německy, ale je velmi chápavá, hodná, ochotná a domluví se s vámi, i když neumíte německy.Doporučuji vám toto ubytování na léto.
