"Les Oliviers", 3-room house 45 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Senseo) extra). Exit to the terrace. Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Electric heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.

Property could be really pretty. Unfortunately it is in need of some tlc and upgrading. A functional place but was in need of some thorough cleaning and better cooking facilities. Good location for a lovely beach with places to eat.

Great base for exploring the Vendée

Check in was straightforward and all you could need was on hand in the property. We particularly enjoyed the surrounding area and it was a great area for seaside walks with our dog. The garden too was safe and secure for our pet. When we were setting off our car battery was flat and the owners were extremely helpful in getting us a mechanic to the house complete with jump starter to get us on our way. Excellent.

Häuschen in sehr ruhiger Nachbarschaft

Das Häuschen liegt in sehr ruhiger Nachbarschaft. Das Haus ist einfach ausgestattet, alles ist funktionell und zweckmäßig. Es fehlt aber an nichts ! WaMa, Geschirrspüler, 2-Platten Herd, SAT TV und kleine Stereoanlage, zwei Sonnenliegen, ordentlicher Grill, Wäschespinne. Toilette ist vom Bad getrennt. Wunderbar ist die überdachte Terrasse incl Abschattung. Vom Wohn/Ess Bereich schaut man in den Garten mit Palmen und Olivenbäumen.

Ruhige Lage

Der Garten ist wirklich richtig schön und das Haus ist ruhig gelegen. Mit Hund perfekt, da der Garten ausbruchsicher und blickdicht ist. Das Haus liegt nah zum Wald und Strand und ist super für 2-3 Personen, - klein und fein -. :-) Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. W-Lan ist vorhanden, aber nicht gerade stabil. Leider ist das Haus innen sehr verlebt. Sonst wäre es richtig top gewesen.

Bonjour, Cela fait 2 ans de suite que mon mari et moi louons cette maison en aout. La maison nous convient parfaitement, elle est propre, fonctionnelle et l'extérieur est top. Nous sommes partis avec nos 2 chats que les propriétaires ont acceptés sans aucun soucis, et le jardin de la maison a été le critère principal de la location car sécuriser les concernant. Les propriétaires qui habitent la maison d'a coté sont des gens charmants, discrets, avenants et l'accueil fut chaleureux.

Waschmaschine funktioniert zwar, aber die Einstellungen stimmen nicht, kurzer Test welches Programm wo und alles ist gut Markise muß repariert werden. Wir hatten einen ruhigen, entspannten Urlaub in einer hübschen, gemütlichen und ruhigen Unterkunft. Reisetipps: kurzer Wanderweg entlang der Küste vom Hafen zum Strand bei Ebbe und Flut ist hübschzum Baden sind die Strände südl. von Yard ausgedehnter und daher ruhiger
