For shared use: property 2'500 m2, garden with plants and trees, lawn for sunbathing, natural pond, swimming pool fenced (14 x 7 m, depth 50 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Barbecue. In the house: washing machine (for shared use). Roofed, parking on the premises. E-charging station. Shop 7 km, supermarket 7 km, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach "Castiglione della Pescaia" 30 km. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km. Wir waren 2Wochen vor Ort und für uns Grosstädter war es ein Traum.Ein wunderschöner Garten, ein toller Naturpool, absolute Ruhe und für unser Malinois Mädchen ideal. Spazierwege direkt vorm Haus. Ideal gelegen für Ausflüge und zum Meer ( super Hundestrand)! Die Einrichtung ist genau so wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen, gefühlt aber in Natura größer und schöner. Wir kommen wieder.

Séjour en famile à la découverte de la Toscane!

Logement fonctionnel et conforme à la description. Propriétaires discrets et très serviables. Service 5 étoiles avec le renouvellement du linge de maison après une semaine! Moustiquaires et ventilateurs à disposition. Gros coup de cœur pour les extérieurs mais surtt magnifique piscine naturelle à la température idéale. Nous recommandons à 200%!!!

L’accoglienza della signora è stata impeccabile, facendoci subito sentire accolti e a nostro agio. La struttura, gli spazi e le attenzioni riservateci hanno tutte rispettato le nostre esigenze e hanno permesso di assaporare lo stile bucolico dei luoghi. Gli ulivi, l’orto e la semplicità trasmettono la pace ricercata e una reale pausa dalle solite attività lavorative. A contatto con la natura è ideale per chi viaggia con animali a seguito ( anche gatti!) ;) La casa si presta bene alla quotidianità ed eventualmente a lavorare da remoto. È attrezzata e ben esposta. La luce solare e il verde circostante completano l’atmosfera. Grazie per l’ospitalità, per i fichi buonissimi, raccolti con amore e per la vostra gentilezza. A presto Alessia

Tout était parfait chez Daniela. Appartement fonctionnel et propre. Piscine naturelle exceptionnelle entourée de verdure. Daniela toujours aux petits soins (merci pour les produits bios du jardin et les confitures délicieuses). On recommande.
