Es wäre sehr schön gewesen, aber…

Die Lage und das grundsätzliche Angebot sind toll. Wenn da nicht der schwierige Umgang des Eigentümers mit Rückmeldungen wäre. Wir hatten fast die ganzen zwei Wochen eine nicht richtig funktionierende Toilette und fehlendes Wasser in einem Bad. Zusätzlich war das Haus und vor allem der Grilllplatz nicht bzw.wenig geputzt (das haben dann wir übernommen). Wir haben anständig Rückmeldung gegeben und dann immer nachgehakt, weil die Kombination dann zu diesem Preis für uns doch nicht passend war. Leider wollte der Eigentümer solche Themen nicht hören, hat uns vertröstet, hat abgestritten und noch einiges mehr. Wir haben uns dort nicht mehr wohl gefühlt. Das Toiletten- und Badproblem wurde dann am vorletzten Tag - obwohl ja gemäss Eigentümer alles in Ordnung war - behoben.

Traumhafte Außenanlagen, drinnen verbesserungswürd

Bei schönem Wetter sicher traumhaft, wir hatten 7 Tage nur Regen, Sturm und Kälte. Für das Wetter kann niemand etwas, aber leider war es im Haus kälter als draußen. Heizung kaputt und nur gelegentlich heißes Wasser. Ein alter Wasserboiler wurde wieder zum Leben erweckt, so hatten wir wenigstens in einem Badezimmer heißes Wasser, die Stromkosten trugen wir zusätzlich. Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr abgewohnt, vor allem die Kücheneinrichtung und die Betten. Sauberkeit im Haus auch nicht optimal.

Die Heizperiode beginnt in Italien erst im November. Die Heizung wurde gewartet und funktioniert einwandfrei.

Schöner Urlaub mit einigen Mängeln

Der Urlaub insgesamt war schön, wenn man über einige Mängel hinwegsieht. Das WLAN funktionierte nur teilweise. Küche schon sehr veraltet und nicht mehr vollständig. Einige Fenster und Fliegengitter waren defekt. Privatsphäre hatte man auch wenig, da der Besitzer täglich zu jeder Tageszeit anwesend ist, um die Anlage zu pflegen. Man hatte das leichte Gefühl, ständig kontrolliert zu werden. Hundegebell in der Nacht war manchmal unerträglich, obwohl wir selber einen Hund haben.

Schönes Ferienhaus in toller Umgebung

Das Ferienhaus ist auf einem wunderschönen Grundstück gelegen. Zu beachten ist allerdings, dass die Vermieter zur Pflege des großen Grundstückes täglich vor Ort sind. Abgesehen davon ist Tag und Nacht fast permanent Hundegebell aus der Nachbarschaft zu hören, was in den Nächten schon relativ störend ist. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, sprechen aber nur italienisch. Wir haben schöne Ausflüge nach Lucca, Pisa, Florenz, Viareggio und Forte dei Marmi unternommen.

Vom Vermieter konnte keine Privatsphäre geboten werden, da er mehrfach täglich vor Ort war. Außenbeleuchtung auf dem Zufahrtsweg nicht vorhanden und es waren einige Stolperfallen dort vorhanden.

Abbiamo passato un bellissimo soggiorno di 2 settimane : un giardino lussureggiante e curatissimo, una bella piscina. La casa é confortevole e i materassi comodissimi; anche nelle giornate molto calde c'è sempre un lato del giardino o una terrazza all'ombra e ventilato. I proprietari sono stati molto accoglienti e reattivi ogni volta che abbiamo chiesto il loro aiuto! Grazie di questo bel soggiorno

sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Das Areal umfasst ca. 3000 m2,schön bepflanzt mit Palmen und Pinien. Man fühlt sich wie im Paradies. Der Pool liegt hinter dem Haus. Man ist ganz für sich.

Tolle Lokation, sauber, traumhafter Garten und Pool.Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sprechen aber weder deutsch noch englisch. Reisetipps: Restaurants gibt es überall, aber erst ab 19 Uhr geöffnet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut, aer schließen alle zwischen 13-16 Uhr - außer großer Supermärkte.Autoverkehr chaotisch.Ausflüge nach Lucca sehr schön.Strandbesuch in Lido abseits der Promenade kostenlos möglich.

Excellent séjour, avec juste quelques petits bémols

La villa correspond parfaitement au descriptif (absolument aucune mauvaise surprise). Elle fait partie d'un ensemble de plusieurs maisons dans un domaine privé (accès via portail télécommandé), situé dans le petit village de Ponte Mazzori, au coeur d'un vallon très nature. La maison a tout le confort nécessaire et est très grande. Intérieur et extérieur parfaitement entretenus, avec tout l'équipement nécessaire (BBQ, tables, chaises sous pergola, lits-soleil, table de ping-pong, ...). Accueil sympathique par le propriétaire, qui donne de bons conseils. Juste quelques points (bémols) qu'il est bon de préciser: - le maître des lieux ne parle ni français, ni anglais -> communication pas facile, surtout quand il y a un souci, voir point suivant, - nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de ne pas pouvoir utiliser la piscine le jeudi, en raison d'un programme de recyclage d'eau qui l’a rendue toute verte (mieux vaut anticiper cela avec le proprio, pour ne pas avoir la même déconvenue que la nôtre, car vu la chaleur qui règne dans la région (et dans la maison non climatisée), ne pas pouvoir bénéficier de la piscine pour se rafraichir est un enfer). Cela nous a valu une discussion assez vive, compliquée par l'obstacle de la langue… - le coin est curieusement très bruyant, surtout la nuit et au petit matin; une quantité incroyable de chiens vivent dans la région et aboient toute la nuit, matches de foot au terrain du village quasi tous les soirs jusque passé minuit, détestable habitude des conducteurs italiens de klaxonner à chaque tournant (très nombreux) de la route entourant le site, mise en route des débroussailleuses et tondeuses du voisinage dès l'aube. Mieux vaut apporter les boules Quies pour les plus sensibles. Malgré cela, un excellent séjour, dans une région magnifique, stratégiquement placée pour des excursions à la journée vers Pise, Florence, Viareggio, Lucca, Sienna et San Gimignano,… comme ce fut le cas par exemple pour nous.

Küche ist gut ausgestattet, ab...

Küche ist gut ausgestattet, aber Empfehlung ein Schneidbrett und scharfe Messer für Brot und Gemüse mitnehmen. Für Teetrinker empfiehlt sich ein Teefilter. Man sollte sich (sicherlich auf Grund des Pools) auf ca. 120 – 140,– € Stromkosten für 14 Tage einstellen. Reisetipps: Florenz und Pisa sind von Lido di Camaiore gut mit Bahn zu erreichen (Fahrkartenautomat auch in deutscher Sprache wählbar). Sehr gute Stadtführung für Florenz buchbar bei Maria G. Mastroberti unter Email: giusy.mastroberti@gmail.com Lucca ist unbedingt einen Abstecher wert und verfügt auch über genügend Parkplätze.
