In the hamlet Vietina 2.1 km from the centre of Piazza di Montignoso, 9 km from the centre of Massa, 47 km from the centre of Pisa, in a sunny, elevated position on a slope, 7 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: terraced garden, 800 m2 (fenced) with trees, meadow. Table tennis. In the house: central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot (28.Mar. - 30.Oct.). 1.6 km long steep motor access. Stepped path to the house. Public parking 50 m. Grocery 2.1 km, bus stop 1.5 km, railway station "Massa" 9 km, sandy beach "Cinquale" 7 km. Nearby attractions: Pietrasanta 12 km, Forte dei Marmi 11 km, Viareggio 24 km, Lucca 48 km, Carrara Fantiscritti (cave di marmo) 19 km, Riomaggiore (5 Terre) 59 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Massaciuccoli 37 km, Torre del Lago 30 km. Please note: car recommended.

Great accommodation and host

The house has a really nice view and is exactly like in the pictures. Everything is there what you could possibly need. It’s a nice and quit place. The host was also great. He is proud of his garden with vegetables and really helped to make our vacation nice. Only downside is that getting there is a steep road and parking the car is a bit hard.

Wunderschönes Häuschen mit tollem Garten und sehr freundlichen Vermietern. Weiter Blick auf Berge und Meer. An die steilen und engen Serpentinen als Zuwegung für das Haus muss man sich gewöhnen. Meer, Berge und Städte in gut erreichbarer Nähe.

Urlaub 2022

Wir haben in dem Anwesen eine wunderbare Zeit verbracht. Herrlich gelegen, rundum Terasse- ideal für die Hitze/Dürre. Verständigung vor Ort etw. schwierig, da der nette Herr kein Deutsch und sehr wenig Englisch sprach. Die Innenausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Alles etwas brüchig und was dann kaputt geht, wird von der Kaution abgezogen. Beispiel: Toilettendeckel, Griffe der Küchenschränke etc. Die durchaus nicht mehr neuen Polypropylenliegen wurden nach einmaligem Gebrauch rissig. Nach Hinweis von uns wurden neue beschafft und zu 2/3 von der Kaution abgezogen, mit unserem ok da eine Diskussion schon wegen der Sprachbarriere unmöglich war. Bei dieser Form der Erneuerung wundert es nicht, wenn dann gar nichts gesagt wird. Ansonsten ein netter Umgang wir konnten uns im Garten an Gemüse und Kräutern prima bedienen. Bleibt die Perspektive abzuwarten da direkt oberhalb des Anwesens neu gebaut wird , mit Blick auf Haus und Garten.

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage . Das Haus hat einen sehr schönen Garten und wunderbaren Meerblick. Der Vermieter ist ausgeprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wie immer ein Traum

Wir sind zum 4 Mal in dem Haus gewesen und der Ausblick und das Grundstück sind ein Traum. Das Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber der Rest entschädigt alles. Einfach traumhaft!!!

Das herrlich gelegene Haus err...

Das herrlich gelegene Haus erreicht man über eine Serpentinenstraße in ca. 330 m Höhe. Das Haus liegt in einem Weiler, bestehend aus 8 Häusern. Wir wurden herzlichst vom liebenswerten Besitzer „ Mauro „ begrüßt. Vom Weg zum Haus führen 46 Stufen nach unten. Dort trifft man das sehr schön angelegte Grundstück, dass sich auf verschiedene Ebenen verteilt. Das Haus ist landestypisch eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gepflegt und sehr gut. Wir haben, obwohl wir sehr viel gekocht haben, nichts vermisst.Im Garten durften wir uns nach Herzenslust an Kirschen, Pampelmusen, verschiedenen Salaten, Zucchini, Kräuter usw. bedienen. Der Ausblick von den beiden Terrassen ist traumhaft. Im Garten hat man die Möglichkeit unter diversen Bäumen im Schatten zu liegen. Das Meer erreicht man nach 7 km. Dort befindet sich auch der sehr schöne freie Strand. Reisetipps: Der Strand erstreckt sich über endlose km. Wer auf bereit gestellte Liegen und Sonnenschirme verzichten kann, geht am besten an den freien Strand und legt sich hin,wo er will. Dort ist es ruhig und man hat keine Beschallung der Bars. Das einzig nervige sind die überaus vielen Strandhändler. Ein Restaurant müssen wir ganz besonders empfehlen. Es heißt Il Panigaggio und liegt in Montignoso/ Piazza 2 km vom Haus entfernt. Wir wurden dort als Gäste von Mauro angemeldet und bekamen, wir waren die ersten Gäste an dem Abend, eine Küchenführung und erklärt, was ein Panigaggio ist. Das Essen und der Service waren außerordentlich gut.Zu besuchen ist Lucca, Carara, Pisa und ganz in der Nähe Viareggio!!!! ( tolle Geschäfte ) und wer Wein liebt, sollte diverse Cantinas oder Weingüter aufsuchen.

sehr schönes Haus, sehr sauber, netter Vermieter, tolle Lage mit Blick auf's Meer,alles da für einen erholsamen Urlaub, Photos und Beschreibung passen genau Reisetipps: Baden am öffentlichen Strand von Chinquale,Einkaufen, wenn man ans Meer fährt, im Conad, ca 1km vom Strand entfernt, rechts.Tolle gekochte Speisen und sehr gute Fleischqualität.

Schönes kleines Ferienhaus, geeignet für 2 Erwachsene mit bis zu 2 Kindern, mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Gute Ausstattung der Küche u.a. mit Gasherd und Spülmaschine. Nur die Kaffeemaschine könnte "moderner" sein.Für kühlere Zeiten gibt es eine Gaszentralheizung, hier sollte man aber auf die zusätzlichen, relativ hohen Nebenkosten achten.Viele Sitz– und Liegemöglichkeiten auf dem umlaufenden, überdachten Balkon und dem gepflegten Garten. Reisetipps: Empfehlenswert sind natürlich die bekanntenStädte wie Pisa und Lucca, aber auch die kleineren Örtchen im Hinterland sind auf jeden Fall einen Ausflug wert.Dagegen sind die Badeorte an der Küste wirklich nur für Urlauber geeignet, die das Strandleben mit "Liegestuhl–Panorama" bevorzugen.

Das Haus in schöner Lage mit t...

Das Haus in schöner Lage mit traumhaften Blick bis hin zum Meer ist sehr empfehlenswert. Es ist sehr sauber und die Ausstattung ist gut. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von "Mauro" begrüßt und betreut. Man darf sich im Gemüsegarten bedienen. Reisetipps: Tipps zum Einkaufen: Die Pescheria in Montignoso und der Obst–und Gemüseladen bieten 1A Qualität und eine gute Auswahl. Bestes Angebot von den großen Supermärkten hat der Conad in Massa.Ausflugsmöglichkeiten: Mit dem Boot von Forte dei Marmi zu den Cinque Terre oder mit der Bahn nach Florenz.
