For shared use: property 6'000 m2 with trees, meadow, swimming pool angular (12 x 5 m, depth 135 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 25.Sep.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, volleyball court, arbour, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: internet access. Parking on the premises. Shop 300 m, bus stop 2.9 km, pebble beach 5 km, rocky beach 5 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.
"Diana", 4-room house 120 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. Open kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: dining room with open-hearth fireplace. 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Sep. WC. No heating option. Balcony. Balcony furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

Perfect vacation home in Istria!!!

Fantastic home with full equipment, German TV stations, in a very quiet location near Labin. The private pool (only used by the 3 homes) is right next to the house, well maintained and splotless clean. The owners are very friendly and help with any request. The restaurant located in the same property has the best food we had in the whole vacation - compared to all restaurants in the tourist places (which to our disappointment are all serving the same food) they are serving different and very delicious delights for the same price!!! To beaches near by it takea 15-30min by car. A small supermarket is located 3min walking distance or bigger shopping centers in Labin. Pula and Porec are within 1h driving distance and are perfect for day excursions. All in all, we recommend this vacation home 100% and will come back ourselves on the next Croatia trip!

Insgesamt gute Unterkunft. Toller Sitzplatz aussen mit Grill und unter grossem schattenspendenen Baum. Möbelstil ist Geschmackssache aber zweckmĂ€ĂŸig, wir waren eh meist draußen.

Das Ferienhaus ist in eine sehr ruhigen Anlage, der Pool ist fast nur von uns genutzt wurden alle sind super nett, das Einzigste was nicht ganz so toll war ist die KĂŒcheneinrichtung es wĂ€re toll wenn eine Mikrowelle da wĂ€re die Einrichtung ist sehr doarsam

Der Pool war wunderschön und ein rettender Ausgleich fĂŒr die unglaublich ĂŒberfĂŒllten StrĂ€nde. Waren dort zu 90% allein. Ab und zu andere GĂ€ste oder MA-Kinder Wir haben aufgrund der etwas abgeschiedenen Lage (nĂ€chste Touristenhochburg 6 km entfernt) viel von Istrien gesehen. An Samstagen sind Hochzeiten gewesen mit vielen Menschen und lauter Musik, die Flasche Wein und Kekse waren aber eine leckere EntschĂ€digung. Der KĂŒche fehlt es allerdings fast an allem. Aber es hat behelfsmĂ€ĂŸig funktioniert.

Schönes Haus, mit lauter Musik am Wochenende

Die Lage war fĂŒr uns ideal. Wir konnten von dort aus schnell ans Meer fahren, aber auch die Natur genießen (Wanderungen). Man benötigt aber ein Auto, was fĂŒr uns kein Problem war. Es hat einen Supermarkt im Ort, der zu Fuß sehr schnell zu erreichen ist. Dort kann man Brötchen und Co einkaufen. Das Haus ist sehr schön und sauber. Was einem jedoch klar sein muss: Freitags und Samstags finden Hochzeiten auf dem Anwesen statt, an diesen Tagen wird Laute Musik bis 4 Uhr morgens gespielt! Packt lieber Ohropax ein! Man kann dann auch nicht den Pool benutzen, was wir aber vorab durch andere Bewertungen schon wussten. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich.

wunderbar ruhig

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer Anlage mit ein paar anderen GebĂ€uden. Lediglich ca. zwei (?) andere FerienhĂ€user haben Zugang zu dem Pool, der zu der Anlage gehört. Wir hatten den Pool fast immer fĂŒr uns allein. Der Pool ist sauber. Leider hatten wir das Pech, dass ein Wespennest direkt am Pool war. Nachdem wir das ĂŒber das Servicepersonal des Restaurants mitgeteilt hatten, wurde eine Firma beauftragt und das Nest fachgerecht entfernt, direkt am nĂ€chsten Morgen. Auch sonst war sowohl das Servicepersonal des auf dem GrundstĂŒck befindlichen Restaurants immer hilfsbereit und ansprechbar, als auch die Chefin und ihr Vater waren einfach zu erreichen, und bei Fragen sofort da und hilfreich. Wirklich liebe Menschen, die aufmerksam und freundlich sind! Es ist eine wunderbare Anlage, in der man sich gut erholen und super essen kann!! einziges Manko ist die Entfernung zum Strand und mangelnde Badebuchten direkt vor Ort (vielleicht haben wir sie aber auch nur nicht gefunden). DafĂŒr hat man aber einen Pool. Gerne jederzeit wieder!

Belle maison en gĂ©nĂ©ral, certains Ă©quipements pourraient ĂȘtre remplacĂ©s, tel que cuisine et divans. Ta terasse Ă  l'arriĂšre est trop petite et le bruit permanent du systĂšme frigorifique du restaurant est gĂȘnant. Parcontre la terasse de devant avec un grand arbre et un nouveau banc et table est magnifique. La pisicine Ă©tait Ă©galement trĂšs bien. Le restaurant sur place est bien visitĂ© et trĂšs intĂ©ressant (bon service, superbes repas, prix en ordre). Mariages le week end avec bruit garanti.

Sehr schöne ruhige Anlage, Haus ist sehr schön und auch gut ausgestattet, schöner Pool. Vermieter nett und freundlich und auch immer ansprechbar. Kleiner Supermarkt in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auf dem GelĂ€nde ist auch ein gutes Restaurant. Ansonsten ist man schon auf das Auto angewiesen. Immer wieder gerne, wenn man einen ruhigen erholsamen Urlaub machen möchte.

Hervorragend! Tolle Einrichtun...

Hervorragend! Tolle Einrichtung, super nette Angestellte, jederzeit hilfsbereit! Das angeschlosse Restaurant hat eine ausgezeichnete KĂŒche und hebt sich so vom ganzen Einheitsbrei in den Touristenzentren ab. Der Pool ist ebenfalls toll und da nur drei FerienhĂ€user in der Anlage sind sehr ruhig (wir hatten ihn bis auf 2 Mal immer fĂŒr uns allein). Die Sat–SchĂŒssel sorgt fĂŒr Empfang aller deutschen Sender. Alles in allem einer der besten Urlaube unserer Familie bisher. Wir werden wiederkommen!!! Reisetipps: Gute Lage, ruhig abseits von den Touristenzentren. 10min nach Labin, 20 mach Rabac. Die ruhigeren StrĂ€nde von Sv Marina (teilweise Sandstrand) und Ravni sind ca 30min entfernt. Porec und Pula sind in 1h zu erreichen – damit stehen einem alle AktivitĂ€ten zur VerfĂŒgung. Wir waren ĂŒberrascht von der Sauberkeit an allen besuchten Orten.

Sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus.Das Personal war ebenfalls sehr nett.Das einzig störende war,das in unseren 2 Wochen Urlaub auch noch 2 Hochzeiten dort stattfanden und uns deshalb fĂŒr diese beiden Tage die Poolbenutzung untersagt wurde.Es wurde auch sehr laut und lange (bis 4.00 Uhr frĂŒh) gefeiert.Aber alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub.Die angrenzende GaststĂ€tte hat eine sehr gute KĂŒche,das beste was wir in ganz Kroatien finden könnten. Reisetipps: Unbedingt ansehen...Robinj ein wunderschönes StĂ€dtchen mit vielen kleinen und schönen Gassen.Aber Vorsicht auf dem Wochenmarkt,ĂŒberteuerte Preise.FĂŒr 1 Kg Weintrauben zĂ€hlt man glatte 10 €.Zum baden ist der Strand in Ravni empfehlenswert.Dort gibt es auch einen Hundestrand und eine kleine GaststĂ€tte mit Ausleihmöglichkeiten fĂŒr Liegen und Sonnenschirme.Letztere sind unbedingt zu empfehlen,da es dort keinen Schatten gibt.
