Beautiful resort "Stella di Mare", renovated in 2019. 18 apartments in the residence. 100 m from the centre of Tarco, on the outskirts, 25 km from the centre of Porto Vecchio, 115 km from the centre of Bastia, in a sunny position on a slope, 100 m from the sea, 100 m from the beach, road to cross, in the countryside. For shared use: property, garden (fenced) with plants and trees, meadow, swimming pool fenced (15 x 7 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture. In the complex: reception. Parking on the premises. E-charging station. Shop 50 m, supermarket 12 km, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach 100 m. Please note: car recommended. Residence with electric gates.

Prachtige vakantiewoning op een kleinschalig vakantiepark aan zee

We hebben een geweldige week gehad in Tarcu. Het huisje was van alle gemakken voorzien en lag super gelegen tegenover een mooi strand. Winkeltje en restaurants ook tegenover het parkje gelegen. We komen hier zeker nog graag een keertje terug.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in einer sehr schönen Villa. Die Kommunikation mit Alex war klasse – super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unsere kleine Villa lag ganz oben, so hatten wir einen wundervollen Blick auf die Bucht in Tarco. Die Lage ist perfekt um den Süden zu erkunden. Alle Traumstrände, Bonfacio und Porto Vecchio und wunderschöne Badegumpen in kürzester Zeit mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir waren schon öfters auf Korika und dieses Haus war eines der schönsten. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder. Ein kleines Manko möchte ich noch erwähnen: ich habe extra ein Haus mit WLAN gebucht, da ich an zwei Tagen online arbeiten musste, und bei mir hat das WLAN überhaupt nicht funktioniert, bei meiner Schwester auf dem Handy ging es langsam. Habe dann mein Handy als Hotspot verwendet, da ich noch viel Mobiledaten zur Verfügung hatte. Aber wir waren in erster Lienie zum Urlaub machen da, daher war alles perfekt.

Sehr schöne komfortable Häuser in gepflegter Anlage mit Pool. der Strand ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Viele schöne Ausflugsziele und andere Strände in der Nähe.

Alles überwiegend gut und weiter zu empfehlen

Tolle Anlage direkt am Meer. Besitzer nett, bemüht, aber sprechen leider kein Englisch. Also, Französisch ein muss. Das hat unseren Aufenthalt deutlich erschwert. Englisch wäre von Vorteil. Ausguß in der Küche war leider schnell verstopft, Fernsehen ging zuerst nicht.Aber uns wurde immer geholfen bei Anfragen. Gewürze für die Küche etc..fehlten gänzlich , Kaffeemaschine und Toaster musste angefragt werden. Ansonsten ein schöner Platz für einen erholsamen Urlaub.Vielen Dank dafür.

Nette kleine Anlage

Nette kleine Anlage ganz nahe am Strand. Alles sehr sauber. Die Häuser sind si gebaut, dass die Hitze draußen bleibt, zumindest im Erdgeschoss . Für alle Fälle gibt es aber auch eine Klimaanlage. Zu beachten ist, dass es keinerlei Lebensmittel (Salz, Zucker, Essig ect) in der Wohnung gibt.

Mini villa très confortable et très bien équipée, tout fonctionne parfaitement, la clim est top 👍 la literie super bonne et pour la situation c’est extra la mer est au pied de la villa A vrai dire c’est la deuxième fois que nous y passons 15 jours et toujours aussi enchantés

Situe dans le village de Tarco, cette location a répondu à toutes nos attentes… 2 espaces nuits bien distinctes avec chacun leur salle de bains, piscine, vue mer, personnel sympathique et répondant à nos demandes. Logement propre et très bien équipé. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour en famille, à 2 pas de la page.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet: Backofen, Töpfe, Pfannen Teller usw. - in der Küche ist alles da. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut. Die Liegen und Gartenmöbel sind bequem und gepflegt. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Pool ist ein Traum, der Garten auch. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!!! Es lohnt sich Französisch zu sprechen, sonst ist die Kommunikation etwas schwierig.

Das moderne und recht neu renovierte interchalet war sehr sauber und freundlich. Einziges Manko war die Klimaanlage in einer der oberen Zimmer. Diese Klimaanlage hat Wasser im Betrieb verloren. Zum Glück waren wir nicht oft auf das Gerät angewiesen.

Tolle Anlage - tolle Insel!

Wir waren im Oktober in Conca - die Anlage war nicht voll belegt, was sehr angenehm war (vor allem bei der Poolnutzung). Die Ausstattung unserer FeWo war sehr gut (Kühlschrank Gefrierfach, Backofen, Waschmaschine, WLAN für 2 Geräte. Einige Bars und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung hatten geschlossen, daher Selbstversorgung über den Spar in der Nähe. Conca war für uns ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflugsziele. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit - klare Weiterempfehlung.

Wunderbare, sehr gut ausgestattete Mini-Vila, hervorragend vorbereitet und sehr sauber geputzt, tolle Terrasse mit Weber-Grill, sehr schöner Pool, zwei Fußminuten zum Meer sowie zu sehr guten Restaurants mit vernünftigem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und einem kleinen Supermarkt. Entspannung pur. Sehr nettes, sehr zuvorkommendes, hoch professionelles Team. Absolut empfehlenswert! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir hatten uns mit der Planung vertan und waren 1 Tag zu früh . Nach kurzer telefonischer Abklärung konnten wir 1 Tag früher in die Wohnung. Unseretwegen war extra die Rezeption besetzt. Super. Angenehme Ferienwohnung in kleiner Anlage. Komplett ausgestattet und für unsere Ansprüche zentral gelegen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

Nous avons loué cette petite maison à TARCO en Corse en Août 2022 et nous en sommes très contents. Les services proposés sont très bons. Un petit bémol concernant la wifi (info des adolescents), mais bon pour ma part c'est un détail.
