Schöner Urlaub in Villa Sand
Allgemein sehr schönes Objekt. Sehr ruhig gelegen.Auto wird benötigt. Aussenanlage (Liegefläche) könnte man etwas pflegen da Übergang Rasen zu Bodenfliesen sich der Rasen gesenkt hat. Ausenbeleuchtung Pool war leider defekt, hätte sicher schön ausgesehen.Poolgröße ausreichend.Sehr schöner Grillplatz. Evt. Fliegengitter wären vorteilhaft, wegen Stechmücken. Zimmer sind ausreichend in der Größe,hatten Wohnung mit zwei SchlafzimmernEG.
Badezimmer, meine pers. Meinung, lieber die Sitzwanne gegen Dusche tauschen. Egal wie wir es versucht haben,es war immer der Boden nass.Terassenmöbel sind etwas aus dem Leim geraten, müssten rep. werden.W-lan wird angeboten,leider ist der Empfang abhängig vom Standort, wer`s braucht ;-)
Hausverwalterin war stets vor Ort ansprechbar u. bemüht. Sehr nett.
Ca. 8min. zu Fuss ist eine Konoba (Restaurant), gutes Essen,Auto kann stehen bleiben. Ansonsten relativ schnell sind andere Lokale zu erreichen,mit Auto.
